As for why im not e2'ing ulpi (just yet), is becuz im mainly using his s2 to lanehold with a healer on the side for him or something also cuz I have a lot of phys dps already.
And dorothy's masteries mainly increase dmg, at s7 its like 280% to 350% in mastery, not sure if its necessary or not, and then for modules, what exactly makes it a must? (I assume Mod X is her best one) is Mod 1 fine then?
