Like ReChord said before, she is not a good unit if you compare her to like Canta or Surfer, but within the 5 Stars Vanguard category, she is still better than Kestrel, Chiave and the rest, hence I give her the "okay/usable" rating. If you have already raised her, then go with her S2, but if you havent AND you got Canta or Surfer, do raise them instead.

Technically if you retreat all ur ops after killing phase 1, you dont have to deal with his teleports. The boss gives enough time to redeploy most of ur ops to kill phase 2. Just have to worry abt the small fries coming the blue box
