Your units are way to far, Your sniper is literally right in the middle of battle, free for enemy ranged enemies to attack and die. You want your ranged unit to be within the same row as a the blocker or in front of them, so enemies will target the blocker instead of them

also people prefer to just spawn camp top right, they usually just use shaw to push the shielder and a aoe caster to kill the rest
