I think what makes it so good is that it's an instant burst damage instead of a gradual damage thing in a more traditional sense of DPS over a period of time. A guarantee 6000 damage burst over a wide range with a 25 seconds cool down is pretty goated when used on mobs.
Again, I've had this conversation with people before and I think it just comes down to personal preference

Logos S1 execution mechanic is an absurd amount of true damage dealt in a single hit that's impossible to avoid. It's only one instance of damage so yeah, 1 damage
