gracebearer just does some dmg with s2, benefits from nervous but not really that big of a deal. Still easily replaced by most 6 star dmg.

the problem with tragodia enabling other nervous impairment ops is that unlike stuff like virtuosa and yu, tragodia is extremely broken by HIMSELF because of his OWN kit. any operator he enables is just not as impactful as him, and usually wants him to use s3 instead of s2, so theres no reason to bother doing it
