in a vacuum, s2. s1 just exists for afk setups and the once in a lifetime stall setup (see ccb3)
in practice, you shouldnt go for gladiia masteries unless you have a usage in mind already that requires the added pull force

They just stand one tile away and shoot at my tank units, and the only way I can seem to target them is if they decide to walk into him for some reason, or if I place a unit directly on top of them (which isn't practical)

we tend to recommend silverash here but i dont think you are lacking in damage at all. working on wisadel logos or exu2 would be more valuable there. i'd say saria since she can block and heal and seems generally more useful with the units you have

I will meta-pill this answer since it’s #help but best casters right now are logos for general killing of, like everything, and then ceobe who is irreplaceable for certain niche harder content.

Third is tough tbh. There are lots of solid casters who will get the job done no problem but don’t stand out like these other two. There are some more defensive ones like Lin or Necrass, more offensive but worse than logos like Lappland alter and blaze alter, and there are niche, more technical ones who are strong but not as generally applicable like nymph or mantra
