they do completely different things so it's hard to compare. so it depends on what you are using them for. tragodia stalls enemies and and sometimes does so indefinitely and can also do so very safely while wisadel has good damage, tanky summons, and camo. both have good aoe abilities

tldr: don't pull on rotating banner, rates are bad. Buying Fiammetta in shop is sth only base nerds should consider, she's mid for gameplay; save these gold certs for pulls for future banners (Tragodia coming 🔜 )

Rotating banners ("normal" standard that features 2 ops) aren't worth because the rate up is split up into 50% for the two featureds (each with 25% chance) and the remaining 50% are left to the offrates. The problem is that aiming for a specific one is hard since the chance is way lower than other banners (debut has a 50% while limited banner gives 35% to each of the featured) and even if both of the rate ups are good it's still better to just buy the one aviable in shop than pulling
