You cant get those pants right now but it doesn't mean you can't get them at all. They will come back in the future as a traveling spirit
The only thing that you won't be able to get anymore from that outfit is the feathers accessory from season of flight
also yes the mask is from one of the vault construction spirits so you can get it anytime you want

The new season's cosmetics being silver-heavy made me want to try out some outfits with a "moonlit" look...the first is impossible to obtain for me but I'd like to see it anyway. 😆 For the second, the outfit is supposed to be the Cellist's Flourishing outfit but it's not in the Sky planner outfit request tool?
