One weird thing sky has done for me is improve my spacial awareness. Before this I was always terrible at navigating, even virtual 3D spaces, but since I started getting good at flying in sky it's easier for me to get around irl. I'm less likely to get lost, I guess that's because this is the first time I actually played a game with dedication and tried to get better at navigating

idk a single tried and tested method but maybe if you feel like you're going into an overthinking spiral, take a deep breath, stop that train of thought and do smth that is completely unrelated to it (like, maybe eating some candy or taking a short walk) anything to distract yourself from it. Then, once you've calmed down and cleared your head a bit, you're free to try to think about it again but ONLY to an extent that doesn't cause you discomfort.

Live feedback is excellent for them especially after we've taken time to sample the events and they can get data. In fact, much of the suggestions that become features overtime were from experiences I've made on Live, I don't take part in the beta servers as per an agreement so I test a lot of stuff in sky and give feedback based on that after a time. 😄

note: do it relaxedly don't try to force your way through and dun panic
i would also suggest you just try a few time to see at what point u need to start if u wanna get out at a specific spot

aileron roll instead of a barrel roll because an aileron roll is the technically correct term, as an aileron roll is rolling on a single axis whilst a barrel roll is a loop combined with an aileron roll, which is supposed to end at the same altitude as you started and as a result looks like the aircraft* is going around the inside of a barrel (hence the name)

I feel so embarrased… I was trying out the electric guitar in harmony hall so my mom could hear and accidentally played the first few notes of Joy to the World and decided to try remembering how it went and playing it from memory. the closest way from aviary is from windpath then fly to the underground cavern tunnel. It will lead you to the elevated clearing (granny area) upon out

Like, it's just the same when from Aviary, then you took windpath for turtle/geyser

the advantage for this: it starts from Aviary and the underground cavern is a part from clearing, that's why it will lead you to the granny area
the disadvantage for this: the tunnel in windpath a bit far (after all tunnels), and once you're in the cavern, you have to fly up

thats true, but exiting the cavern takes a bit of time especially with low wing levels, and i think it takes about the same time to even get thru windpaths to the cavern hole going straight to it (not using the wind tunnel for speed) and just going into the wind tunnel to use the speed, might be slightly faster going straight there (possibly slightly faster if you use the island hole that exits to the front for a speed boost)

im gonna just leave this as is, it took too long to write

oh great.. i just realized, we HAD a fast method to get to granny, but it was only available during days of sunlight
