Theres a few spots in Sky where you can attend just a few minutes twice a day in order to ease your candle runs a bit–

every odd hour after reset has an event at the Elevated Clearing in Hidden Forest 35 minutes from the hour, which lasts until X:45, and an event at Sanctuary Islands in Daylight Prairie 50 minutes from the hour which lasts until the start of the next hour.

I like to go to both of those spots once-ish a day and then I only need to traverse through a single realm to complete my candle run

You can find the Elevated Clearing on the right the moment you enter the Forest Brook– the second area of the forest, with the river down the middle and the rough terrain on either side. Once you enter that area, take a hard right at the stone gazebo and enter the fissure in the rock wall to get to the Elevated Clearing.

Sanctuary Islands can be found on the rightmost path in Daylight Prairie– from the social area, fly through the tunnel until you reach Prairie proper, and take the path on your right into Bird Nest, and then go straight from there. Once you're at Sanctuary Islands, head to one of the rightmost islands, the slightly long one with the turtle circling it.

Sky is a sort of slow-gathering game, you slowly but surely accumulate candles and hearts and then spend them on the things you're sure you really want. A lot of cosmetics from traveling spirits return on a semi-infrequent basis, so theres almost always another chance to get the item or cosmetic you want!

As for this, theres a discord server that has guides for the daily quests/treasure-candles, and it includes pretty comprehensive guides on the cosmetics offered by spirits. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to link it here, but you should be able to find it on the wiki!

Its all about just finding the route and style that fits for you, and to not overwhelm yourself with trying to maximize getting currency, its alright to miss a few days of quests or to not do a perfect candle run every time, the prices of items are typically pretty forgiving (unless you're getting absolutely everything)

heck it, hey cozy i would like to give some odd advice, if you ever see a pair of old binoculars, think 20s to 60s at least, buy them if theyre in good condition if you can. especially the WW2 binoculars

because they were meant for wartime use, theyre extremely high quality, and if still functional they can see in extremely high detail out to quite absurd ranges

my pair of binos (magnification of 8x40 btw) from the test i did whilst my mom was getting candy from a candy shop in Yachats (pronounced “Yah Hots”), i could see the bench about 10 feet away from where i was sitting in extremely high detail at minimum magnification, and without even hitting maximum magnification i could see a house under construction on the OTHER SIDE OF THE BAY in good detail, guesstimate at distance is around a mile to a mile and a half if not 2 miles away from my position during that test

If we take it literally, and think about how evolution played into all this, That would mean that taking out the candle must have a good sensation. It must sort of feel like scratching an itch? Because it's so natural for them to just yank a candle out of their body like it's eating cereal, it must be so normal!

Lighting cams with other people must also feel pretty good! The warm fuzziness of friendship; no doubt there's serotonin when you light another sky child.

I have story I found after afk.
So, I left my Sky Kid afk while opening Friends constellation. Once I came back, there was a pop-up saying, "Teleport to this world of Sky?" Or what you usually find in Alice's door while in friends constellation menu.
It surprised me because I didn't do anything. When I accepted it, my sky kid moved on its own to the Alice door (it was far from where my sky kid was).

since the Alice door closed, it makes my sky kid stuck for a few seconds before I can move them. But when I open the door, my sky kid turn smaller then I got teleported to Alice cafe

With dye, you can make a lot of these cosmetics work together in creative ways that would surprise people

It is 1000 hours per year and i achieve 2560+ after playing for 2.5 years. (Pretty consistent)
