Long story short: each time you launch the game you need to make sure the game only runs on P-cores via the task manager if you want to avoid the weird lag on PC that starts a short while after starting the game

Though I use Process Lasso, because that lets me set rules for specific apps on startup.

I couldn’t watch the first episode because I’m on switch.
My phone would probably explode if I tried to run Sky, I’m not sure if I actually have enough space for it, and heck, I don’t know if my phone even supports Sky in the first place.
I don’t have a PS4 or 5, and while my laptop does have this Steam Beta app thingy that lets me access Steam, the few times I’ve tried to use it, the app takes 3-5 business days to open, which is why I’ve rarely used it in the first place.
I’m utterly cooked.

My best friend that I've known since I was like, 3, has aphantasia. He's a genius when it comes to learning things like languages, but he struggles with fictional stories/books, and making up his mind when it comes to what he wants to eat at restaurants... because he struggles to envision what the food would look like or what it would taste like.

There's also varying degrees of it, and it can be induced by certain medication regimens. It's a very strange affectation and a great highlight of how brains can be wired so incredibly differently. Aphantasia tends to deal with the ability to visualize things in the mind, while Anaulria is the inability to imagine or hear an inner voice or sounds.

Come back later and try to claim it. It is not uncommon for delay in recieving igc sometimes due to server overloads etc. You might get them randomly delivered in the middle of a candle run or something. This has happened to me many times over my Sky lifetime.

playing the first bluebird quest for the first time in a later season, does not reward you with seasonal candles/wax. but it does give you enough wax to deplete two whole chevrons if you haven't started a candle run

also found a bug with the quest: none of the hairtousle teen's friends are angwhere to be seen at the table during the entire quest

Playing the season on Switch is just fine, it’s watching the series The Two Embers episodes in the cinema that you can’t due to limitations of the Switch, and you’ll have to use a different device to watch those episodes. However you’ll still be able to collect the weekly ticket for anniversary just by attending a screening still.

and then i discovered i dont even need to hold the firework staff for this bug, i had the icon on the corner telling to wave the manatee staff, and pressing the button would make me wave a non existent manatee staff 😭 this was so funny, idk if i should report this funny bug

I could go on for ages about this topic, but I'll try and keep this short.

Much of the inspiration for the cultures of Sky comes from various rural areas in Asia and South America, and the canon foods we've seen (excluding collab items) follows that pattern, so it's safe to assume that other dishes similar to those found in these parts of the world may be present in Sky as well, with curries and stews being among the most popular aside from bread. This is further evidenced by the ingredients found hanging in the Marketplace some of which resemble herbs, which would be used in both curries and stews.

I believe that in the world of Sky as with our own the use of local ingredients would have greatly influenced the different tastes of each culture, with places like the Forest and Isle of Dawn leaning more towards savory dishes while the Prairie and Valley may have leaned more towards sweet dishes, though tastes would have most likely gotten more diverse after establishing the Wind Paths as trade routes for the various cultures

yknow i kinda wish the next couple of seasons could flesh out some undeveloped / "oob" areas in sky

and I think it all started when I saw the aviary trailer and was convinced it was a revamp of the twin islands far off in the distance at the home space
I think i went full delulu mode back then, because I thought that there'd be a ferry, similar to the one that goes to the abyss area, with a dock at the homespace
and we'd take it to go all the way to those twin islands out there and arrive at aviary

but now that I think of it, imagine how awesome it'd be to explore the cities that border the valley race area, and meet the different spirits there, or to stare at the eden mountain and barely see the peak of the vault near the top

I think sky struggles a lot with interconnectedness and contiguity, and some areas blur the connection between real and false-- specifically, vault, and the archives, where the tunnel may lead all the way back to the start...? or just the vault area in general, where locations exist as fragments hovering between time and space

And not just that-- the collab areas as well: the little prince area was originally canon and "true" to the story, but its canonicity (at least to me) became debatable when it was shoved as a "collab" meditation spot, even though there are wind paths leading to it and a view to the mountain of Eden

And even then, during the outtro scene of eden, ||there are two massive moons floating in orbit that we don't even see while ascending|| and i feel like its a missed opportunity to even explore them in general

and, to be honest, I wish we could explore the entirety of the eden area, fully fleshed out, in general

I agree that switching the tunnel leading to the Starlight Desert out for a Warp Point was not ideal, but the desert surrounding the lower portion of the Vault is still canon

The Vault itself however is quite the enigma as while exploring it we seem to go in and out of the physical building to areas which seem to be at least partially suspended in space, most notably the Archives, Repository, and Summit

This could be explained however if one was to see the Vault itself as a larger space than it originally seems, with certain areas still being entangled in the energy which once ran throughout the structure as a whole

To be honest, I think vault is a sort of storage battery for eden, which basically holds a vat of light energy to power the diamond-- so it might actually be embedded within the mountain itself, with the caves being too large to see

…how the hell did you come to that conclusion. The area is still going to be accessible for anyone the way it currently is now (by replaying the quests) but the ult cape will let you go there with the ability to fly and special access to an extra place within the season area.
