there's a lot of experienced players out there that are really willing to help moths, but be careful, i've heard of veterans bringing moths to wasteland and then purposely getting them krilled (once again, not even a moth, and couldnt have been mistaken for one bc i had 11 wedges on my cape, but someone led a krill to me recently while i was chilling in wasteland 🙃)

So if you see a friend who seems to be looking for recharge, you can do that and it'll help them a bunch

they are technically cleaner , according to research, over their entire life span, and it definitely does something for air quality in cities to have a lot of electric, however, the energy still needs to be produced somewhere , and since most people load in the evening, it creates grid problems, they dont get charged during peak solar hours in general, and building the car is more dirty because of the battery materials

driving them is actually a bunch cleaner though, éspecially where your drive them, because the output of creating energy is moved to an offsite remote location where its more easy to fliter the air before setting it loose again, or in the case of nuclear, produces some waste we cant process right now, only burry somewhere till we know how to actually neutralise it

How do Elder masks work? Do they protect against one hit from any dark creature? Say like, crabs?

they protect you from hits from krills for a few times before needing to be recharged by visiting their respective elder's temple. How many times they can do so depends on the mask

iirc, forest mask has highest protection

although i still don't think they're that good, since protecting from one to three hits or so before you have to go recharge them feels kinda tedious and the whole purpose of them is to avoid the tediousness of recollecting wl so often

The lazy way of explaining

Elder mask has 2 modes

1. Active

2. Broken

3. Active - Glowing golden. It will be able to protect you against a dark creature and from losing your light completely for one hit. After this one hit is used up, it changes into broken mode

4. Broken - transparent and black. This mode doesn't do anything apart from make your wardrobe's masks section pulsate obnoxiously until you replenish the charge of the mask. How to do that? Go to the respective elder mask's realm temple, and do the meditation on the altar. After that, your charge should be back

Another note about active mode. it does not really protect you from rain, good luck with that

Personally I didn't go too wild with dyes until the accessories got added because I use them very liberally when I construct fits, so it was great that I had a big backlog of dyes to commit and then run around a bit and see how I feel about them

Accessories in general are very dye friendly cuz their cost is a lot lower than the bigger outfit pieces, so I definitely jumped around a bit
