If you play on Steam or iOS with a controller you can still spin but it’s done with the LT or RT buttons iirc. I’ve been playing with an Xbox controller since February of last year.

Yeah there’s a reason I consider vets vets, they had only mobile controls which are wild and very difficult to learn. We are very lucky to play with controllers now. (One of the reasons it took me so long to begin Sky was waiting for a more accessible version)

Honestly, as contradictory as this may sound, try to throw yourself into the deep end! I like to challenge myself with the light-collecting segment to try to collect as many segments without touching the ground, so I've kind of learned to navigate around the flying shards (mostly), and how to turn and stop quickly.

Turning your camera in the same direction as you turn while flying lets you turn around that much faster, and toggling your flight will let you slow down and control yourself better, at the cost of less forward momentum.

I have done all children of light and and quests, and didn't even know flicking to quickly turn was a thing until like weeks after i was done iirc

I think someone was saying earlier that they're about 115 candles, but I could be misremembering. Regardless, they're an Enchantment spirit, so because it's a six-spirit season, the items are more divided between them.
