I think in the grand scheme of things, if you really wanted the pine cone, it wouldn’t leave much of a dent. It’s only about two days’ worth of CRing, and you still have time before the group visit - and I sincerely doubt it’s a visit that’ll cost ~900 candles! Having said that, though, much as I personally like it, I also never use the thing.

You won’t get all the statues on the first run - there’s 63 statues and the later ones get progressively more difficult to reach due to constant rock rain.

yes because iirc after going through eden for the first time can find and relive the spirits from older seasons to gain their emotes, play through quests from older seasons, as well as get some of the accessories from those seasons from their respective seasonal guides. And of course, since one of the main points of playing sky is socializing and having fun experiences with fellow players, that adventure goes on too!

Finishing the questlines of other seasons counts as Season of Revival quests in their own right, so make sure you check back in with Hopeful Steward when you complete other quests so you can get quest rewards and spruce up Aviary Village!

Most of the "shops" unlocked through Season of Revival quests are not actually shops for purchasing items. Instead, they let you try on cosmetics that you don't own from the current season/event, though at least one quest unlocks something that isn't a shop at all.

That's a seasonal spirit! They appear when you finish Eden for the first time. I was very surprised when I saw my first one, because it was in an area that I had gotten open on my first run through and there was nothing in.

Seasonal Spirits are permanent! You just can't collect their upgraded expression/cosmetics until they return as a Traveling Spirit.

You have to have relived their memory to buy their cosmetics (with in-game currency) when they arrive as a Traveling Spirit next week, so I would make sure you find them! Once every two weeks, a random traveling spirit is chosen to come back, it'll be here for a few days and then leave again
As of right now i think there's between 50 and 60 spirits in the pool?
On occasion a group of them can come back too, seperately from the regular rotation, there is no schedule for groups

Daily quests are how you get Seasonal candles
Which is the currency that allows you to buy season cosmetics while the season is still happening
When there's no season happening they give regular candles
One candle/seasonal candle per quest

It is, yes! You pick up and return each daily quest from either the statue in Home, or the spirits at the cafe. You get four of them, each of them directing you to a different objective (such as lighting candles, burning plants, getting spotted by a krill, or reliving a spirit). For each daily you clear, you get a seasonal candle during a season, or a regular candle during the off-season.

For added context, it usually takes... maybe 10 minutes to complete dailies, and you get a candle for each one. Very worth it

Basically the way seasonal cosmetics work is this
A season arrives : while the season is happening they can be bought from the spirits of the season with the seasonal candles
Once the season ends, all the spirits become traveling spirits and the cosmetics are inaccessible until they return, once they do return they are bought with regular candles at a higher price

Also, any Seasonal Candles you don't use become regular candles after a season ends, so if you skip any Seasonal stuff, you still get extra candles out of it.

I didn’t have the season pass for either of the first seasons this year so I have a lot of candles saved from that. There’s pros and cons to having a pass or not. (That said I’m grateful I had the last two, Duets and Moomin)

If this is at the floating isle, try slipping through the clouds to your left! If takes a little practice to get right, but beneath the clouds, there's a corner that's open and that you can slip through. And then you just need to fly up and clip through the floor.

Spirits also have a glow visible from far away if you need to relive its memory, there are 3 kinds of them :
-blue glow, from the regular spirits present in the constellations of each realm
-purple glow, from past seasonal/traveling spirits
-gold glow, from current season's spirits or past spirits involved in a daily that day

Otherwise, if you're asking what the core gameplay loop is mechanically, you get candles and hearts to buy cosmetics during Special Events or from past Seasonal Spirits and wait for a new season to come out with new quests. The current season ends tomorrow, so look forward to a new season in 2-3 weeks!

I would recommend completing all past seasonal quests, learning to play songs you like on an instrument in-game, or chatting with players in the social areas at the beginning of a Realm. A popular one is Daylight Prairie's social space.

This year it's Alice in Wonderland themed, and you can collect up to 5 event tickets every day that you can use to purchase certain Days of Feast cosmetics. The event will end on January 12th

Once you reach the spirit gate, there should be a special NPC offering you their hand to take you past it, then head to the portal deeper inside and you’ll find yourself in Office. From there, the IAP store should be from one of the NPCs on the building, I don’t know exactly where as I haven’t been myself, but you should be able to find it with ease

Ah! IAP means in app purchase, iirc means if I remember correctly, and the office is the secret area!
You can get to the secret area by entering Vault then going to your left then BACKWARDS, not into the room where you can see the different seasons. There should be a gap in the wall. When you see a sky kid in a blue cape, there you are!

I used to do weekly Eden runs for a short period of time (which was probably less than a month) and it got so draining for me (especially the WL run after it) so I just decided to stop
Nowdays, I only go on Eden runs every few months and I just get yellow candles through red shards

That's a lot of dedication, to run Eden weekly or biweekly. I've only done Eden twice: a bit after I started, and after I had enough buffs for the first big wedge (150 I think)

Same. I like to go after I’ve accumulated more wingbuffs. It’s hard to do often when you’re reborn with so few wedges. I’ve only gone about 4-6(?) times.

As someone who took 4 months to go, it’s when you feel ready. I wanted to be strong enough (as many wl as I could get) and understand the controls well enough, but I also wanted to go with a friend so a lot was building our friendship too. It’s entirely when you feel like you want to.

That makes sense. (It’s almost a year since I started too! ) I usually schedule out like 2 hours of my day for it, especially if it’s your first few times. I have read people who started in like 2020 still have never gone. It’s really just up to your choice.

it's a common feeling yes, but just focus on the stuff you're gonna wear often and not on things you want just to collect. Also, most cool (free) stuff is gated behind waiting, so just take it easy (free as in costs candles, not irl money)
For example, people are saying that the upcoming traveling spirit might be one with pants and, personally, they're very pretty.
Also you get AC from red shards. There's a page where you can check where the shards are (if there are any that day) and what kind of shard they are, look up sky cotl shards.
