Cyno is a character that is energy hungry. He excels well with fischl or shinobu to help with his energy.
I usually use his skill before i burst (to catch the energy particles for his next rotation) then skill again and then time his skill when the eye thing appears on screen

He excels very well in dendro teams. Nahida, Dendro Traveller, and Baizhu are very good options for him. Yaoyao could also work for healing.
I like to use teams such as:
Cyno, Xingqiu, Nahida, Shinobu/Fischl (Quickbloom)
Cyno, Nahida, Yaoyao, Fischl/Shinobu (Aggravate)

Penguin Logistics used to be world-famous, until suddenly one of their members got arrested for crimes her family committed, the main vocalist got hired as a talent for a major music record label, the DJ had to sell her equipment to pay for college, leaving Exusiai all alone
not to mention that she has another friend she used to know from her hometown that had a hand in the fall of this group (and also why Exusiai has PTSD), so Exusiai ended up running away from it, and ended up joining another group
this is her big secret and while her stage name is still the same has her stage name as a member of PL, the members of her new band just take it as a coincidence

and bc the members are the characters i main in video games, ||there is an idea that someone outs Exusiai as a former member of PL, and claims to be using her old identity as a means to get more fame, when she really doesn't want to change her old name because it's all she has left of said group||
