for this, use the shared memory trick: use a shared memory spell, wait for it to start recording, fly into the race and grab one crystal and fly into the clouds to recharge light as needed, then cancel the spell. you will end up at the same spot you were when you started recording but will have the race started. then do the race skip which it seems like you know how to do

Hi cozy, question for the veterans when do you recommend is the best time to start completing base spirit constellations?

I have a few candles saved for ts i want but bcs there isnt a schedule im dreading if i should use it in base spirit so i can get elders cosmetics

A rule of thumb i follow is to always keep two red candles for TS. Any white candles can be earned the day the TS is announced. That tends to be a week before the TS shows up. This way you can plan ahead and get what you want from TS but dont feel like you have to hoard candles.

Some times past spirits are a good guideline to follow. Most TS need about 2 red candles 13 hearts and around 150 white candles. Not every spirit is the same though. So i tend to keep 200 white candles at all times. 15 hearts min as best i can and at least 6 red candles just in case.

I hoard all candles until I feel safe enough that I get every. Last. Ts.

I always suggest saving 150-200 candles so you can get what you want from the TS- anything past that can go to base game & whatever else you wanna grab (event cosmetics or season guide stuff that costs candles)

And now we can actually do some guesswork on TS since we get the blurred image teaser ~1 week prior This week should be an AURORA TS and I’m betting on it being Warrior of Love. Also hearts & AC are a bit more sparse depending on your playstyle so keep around 15-20 hearts & 8-10 AC at hand, that’s how I used to do it.

Then once your dusty like me you can worry less about TS

Ah, that sounds tough. I would say to not over-complicate it with detailed patterns. It's best to sketch out a few rough ideas first & pick the one you like best - Base it mostly on interesting shapes!

Great observation! Yes, I know exactly what you're thinking of, and yes, the closest variant of that theme is "Manta" (which plays when, shockingly, riding a manta to the Prairie Temple). You are correct that the Isle flight theme is different, but very similar! It is not on the official soundtrack!

However, in general, that theme/motif is used most commonly as (disclaimer, I am not the composer, so this is all speculation of me piecing things together) the "Children of Light Theme", as this motif is most commonly heard during moments where the story centers around your Skykid and their actions specifically - examples include the flight to the Isle temple, the manta ride to the Prairie temple, the Valley races, the final ascent in Vault, the final ascent before the point of no return (where you're climbing past the statues), and of course, The Light Beyond/Orbit theme!

There is another very common motif more affiliated with kingdom itself, when the game is trying to show you moments that are less about your Skykid's specific actions, and instead the kingdom itself. This is best known as the "Sky Kingdom motif" and plays most commonly during moments where the game wants to show off the scenery/world instead of your Skykid's actions. Examples include: the flight from the Isle temple to Prairie entrance, landing in Golden Wasteland for the first time, the flight from Eden to Orbit where you are flying through the crumbling castle, etc.

Because it’s a scarf cape, it’s good for fits that require a bit of a slimmer look. It’s also good for adding a little bit of bulk if you need it with the feathers - I like to combine it with the yeti pants for a fluffy look, but it can work for other pants. And it’s not a terribly vibrant colour, so it could probably work with a lot of fits.

What are Days of Mischief haunted roles and how do they work?

During certain events, @rain ridge can randomly give members the "haunted" role (specific name might be different for every event) and with it a special role color and sometimes special nickname alterations.

These alterations work as follows: A "haunted name" is chosen at random and the original nickname of the member is inserted where the "..." is in the haunted nickname in my list below.
If the combined nickname surpasses the character limit, the first characters of the original nickname are inserted until the limit is achieved. Spaces at the end will be inserted as well.

From my understanding, Two Embers is split into 2 stories predating the game by centuries. The "Dawn Ember" and "Dusk ember." One being the kid with the buzzcut hair (with some thinking might be Resh), and other with the long hair and manatee (some thinking they're the Aviary steward). Presumably, the two in-game Seasons will also be divided likewise.
