Haven't tested that but I'd assume those still work, since the way it works is the event for those doors opening is someone being behind them as well (which in this case is you, floating along next to a camera)
It's just the candle lighting it seems, just doesn't interact with candles

The wall shortcut in fire is really helpful, I'd recommend learning it from someone who knows how to do it

Alternatively, you can bring a friend with you and follow the "stay on right" rule until you meet a wall with a gap under (you'll have to jump a few small gaps at the beginning, but they shouldn't be too hard). This route will lead you to halfway of the 3rd stage. If you know the way, you'll be able to make it the end

But then you have the likes of Joxter, who gets referred to as ‘the Joxter’ a fair bit, and that just straight-up confuses me? Is that his name? His title? The wiki tells me it isn’t his species, so what’s the deal there?
