The storm raged, whipping the little Sky Children like they were nothing but dust. They were knocked against boulders as they ran through the barrage of darkness stones that rained down. Losing all their light, dying to the corruption, the darkness, giving in and going to paradise even more beautiful than everywhere in the Kingdoms- This was the order of things. It's what's supposed to happen.
One was certainly not supposed to fall.
And yet they did, against the will of the wind and the heart that doesn’t let them out, one lone child took a wayward step to escape the stones, a leap backward to escape a Winged Light lost so they could get one more- maybe many more Ascent candles, assuming they ascended. No one ever thinks about the possibility of not ascending (except for moths who don’t have a guide to tell them about the order of things and get terrified when they die for the first time). What was I talking about? Oh right, the child that fell!

well, yesterday's glitch with the freebie candles for season pass holders is back as of 10 minutes ago. but unlike yesterday, claiming the candle does not add it to your wallet. the animation goes and everything, but your total doesn't change

so you know how you can block friends from warping? it also functionally keeps them from being able to join you from the friendship constellation

you can still join them from the friendship constellation, but vice versa does not work until you re-enable warping

the big problem with this glitch, is because of how much candles you have to put into obtaining the warp ability, it's really restricted to older (and or well-established) friendships

so what if one of your old friends finally comes online for the first time in years, and you forgot to re-enable warping the last time you saw them...?

you may miss your opportunity to reconnect!

I don't think locking warp is a glitch, it's like locking chat because you want some privacy

yes, but if it is intentional, then the verbiage should be more clear. because the description provided for the warping ability, as well as the dialogue window for disabling it, do not specify that it affects your ability to join a friend from the constellation

I’d say it would be around similar pricing- the only one I think could be hella more expensive is Wasteland purely because it would have the highest knockback resistance, given it is literally an armoured helmet

Important thing to remember is that the bar was at 6ac most before the elder masks (not counting t2 base game wing buffs since they’re not cosmetics) so the bar can be lower than hell and TGC will still jump to orbit and above

I just found some very unique clutter in the Aviary Cafe oob

if you chibi fall through the rounded windowsill and enter the nesting workshop in the out-of-bounds area, if you keep going towards the water in the back, there is a lot of boxes with paper boats and scrolls and what looks like Grandma's food and memory lanterns and jars

boxes with vases and a cauldron

and then I looked over at the spell shop portion of the out-of-bounds, and there were some more interesting things

going into the building entrance there's some rocks and sticks sticking out of the wall... and thanks to an invisible barrier on the inside of the building, you are forced to chibi fall on the interior Hill towards the ceiling...

and inside there are some rocks, broken jars again, a sconce, an overturned wok (?), and even a ladder

oh and of course I can't forget about the really weird blue diamond prism in that room either

it's not even shaped like a normal diamond battery, it's just floating in the air

it's a shame, though; Vault probably could be my favourite realm otherwise. (on the basis of how climactic it feels, despite only being the penultimate realm if you count Eden-)

i use chibi fall only in the telekinesis door, because it's not usually entered by players. but of course when i see people already there, i join in. the 2nd floor 4 player door, i think it's 50/50. half the time 4 players actually open the door, half the time peeps just use shared memory. depends. it's impractical to keep waiting when there's already a way to fulfill the purpose of getting the wax inside. XDDD

speaking of chibis being broken... I just accidentally found out that the chibi hitbox lets you bypass the 20 winged-light barrier in front of Eden, without clipping through geometry at all.

hey iko, my roommate is interested in getting tattoos of the whales from the map shrine illustration, but hesitant since we don't know if that's allowed as far as respecting how the artist wants their works used or not

that is a good question i cannot say for myself since i do not how deep the in-game artwork goes in terms of artists considering it to be their personal work. i've seen folks get the tattoos via the winglight symbols for example and i thought that was really cool. art in a game or reconizable "official" art of an IP, like when it comes to someone getting tattoos of a design from undertale or another favorite game of theirs, i wonder when it comes to a threshold of copying an artist's work for a tattoo (not talking about personal works or obvious completed works that people can copy and paste without perm), i actually haven't thought abt it before. i can probably poke someone who's worked on the map shrines for their take on it, but this question can be better answered by someone in the community or visdev team.

Furries are cute. Why would anyone be against that. As allergic as I can be sometimes, I still love all furries (I'm one too) That said, be whoever you want to be and don't mind the dislikes. All that matters is you're happy being who you are, not opinions of others

It's normal to have that fear. Your feeling is completely valid some people is capable of filtering naturally, some people had to go through a lot to get there, and some just never get there, and that's all okay.
On side note, I have to say that kind of worst-case thinking is actually good too. It saved me a lot in certain situations

I absolutely love the Mimosa tree, It is such a gorgeous plant that attracts these beautiful butterflies.
Gave me the idea of this adorable little dragon that's shaped like a mimosa flower. (Like this cute little dragon with a teeny tiny head poking out of the poofy flower.)

I was in the Forest temple where you have that tree that you need to burn well I was trying to burn it and there was a moth nearby and I said “oh they’ll be able to help me they’re already working on one side, so OK I’ll go to the other side.”
I thought it was kind of mutually understood that one person couldn’t do it alone. But they seemed like they were struggling on the side that they were on, which is the one with like the big division between the two branches. So I opted to work on that side and they had the candle out. They walk toward me and I thought well I’ll just go work on it because they’ll see that it’s growing back and they’ll know to hold it. Just to like double check that they knew what I was wanting them to do. I pointed at it and did like the hold a candle up emote. So I thought we were clear.

Boy was I wrong though. Whenever I go to work on their side, I didn’t notice that they had just left. They thought that I could handle the whole thing or something and whenever I started spam calling for them to come back they showed up like they had no idea what I was doing. So I did like calm down or stay here emote. And whenever I went to do that same side, they looked at me and didn’t do anything. So I pointed at the side that was growing back and did the holding up candle emote. So they proceeded to do the angry foot stomp. I really want to know what was going on in their head. How could someone get angry from me ask him for help. And I just ended up having to scream for help because nobody was showing up and that moth had just left.

it's ridiculous that the two-colored pillow and cloth are so expensive compared to other furniture
for fun i converted candles into irl currency (20 candles/4hrs -> $15USD/hr) and calculated the pillow (48 hearts/144 candles) would cost $432USD
