I personally hope that if they don't make the jobs give candles outside the daily limit, that they at least at them within said limit. Imagine being able to do like, 20 jobs (one for each season, somehow) instead of candle running- even tho you'll definitely make some distance between Seasonal areas. So maybe a 50/50 between jobs and CR?

My CR is trials + vault + granny twice + cinnamoroll cafe wax twice (which is seasonal to be noted) and i’m at 19 candles already so not too bad

Perhaps a separate job candle limit where you can only get 10 candles from jobs a day and the other 20 from CR are "untouched" for the limit?

Went through something similar, but with someone in Sky earlier and an unsolicited DM at a really inopportune time. It’s on a far lesser scale, but I know it spiked my anxiety, and I’m still kind of feeling it. (I tend to have a lot of paranoia about this kind of stuff. Would not recommend.)

Just try to keep yourself distracted, and do whatever might help calm you down if you can. Something else to fix your mind on can do a world of good.

Oc lore thing, she'd like directly part of the megabird, like a significant part of the megabird. All creatures are created by the megabird in my interpretation, but she's literally part of the megabird themselves

She is born as an elder in the way of a sky child (she was like a star that fell into home, but she isn't actually a full star), she's part Eden shard, and part megabird.
She's part Eden shard (as in has an active piece in her torso, it doesn't harm her physically though), and part Megabird, as the Megabird was awakened when Eden exploded, gifting one of its feathers to her, therefore making her directly a part of the themselves

Absolutely, it is such a beautifully made game and I really do enjoy the partnership and relationships you make as you play with others. Heavy in Eden as I’ve noticed it’s kind of an unspoken rule to help each other out if you encounter a group on your quest for Orbit.

Yeah I feel like whoever came up with the prosocial engineering ideas have a great grasp on psychology.

For example, Krill have "meh" AI that can kind of be funny when it screws up. But the movement, and sound effects as they draw near have an immense effect on our fear.

Eden also plays into psychology. I think our brains perceive Eden's fictitious conditions as a massive crisis, and through crisis, our human nature kicks in and we look out for each other.

I totally agree! I was just talking to my mother about this (she is a moth and we’ve been doing all the quests together), about how Eden/the Krill make me nervous. Other boss fights or end stage games I usually just find it cool and annoying at times (though Eden is extremely cool and well done.. and can be a little annoying), but Eden just makes me feel anxious it’s so interesting. Like you were saying it definitely evokes that raw sense of fear/adrenaline and the drive to help the others with you. It’s amazing how they wove all of that into the game itself.

Yeah. Like every Pokemon player has a certain threshold of dedication to catching 'em all before it's just "yeah this is too much". I'm out "catching" whoever is already in the game. Timed event ones to me is just extra credit.
