Basically the majority of the wardrobe is underneath the room floor. You do so by maneuvering the furnitures and gradually setting up a platform under the exact location you want to place the wardrobe, at the exact height that will allow just the top of the wardrobe to appear above the floor.
I recommend starting with placing 2 small rugs and 1 stool against the wall as indicated in the screenshot. I borrowed this setup idea from other players.
@peak dawn I can access all of the wardrobe buttons when I'm wearing my chibi mask, but not when I'm in my original height (pretty much the tallest I can get). I think it's because I'm too tall and too "far away" from the buttons, so my workaround is placing a stool next to the "mask" button to get me beneath the floor and closer to the wardrobe. That enables me to change into chibi first, then swipe up to go back into the room and access all the other buttons (then take off the mask if need).
