Only one spirit has an umbrella, the Laidback Pioneer, but three events have umbrellas! Days of Sunlight, Fortune, and Bloom. The ones from the events are all IAPs costing 15 USD!

Yeah. If I recall rightly: during Beta, the cat hair was originally 66 candles, and people were hyped for it. At the time, there was also the cat mask and cape IAP, and the mask, at least, had a very different design, almost being like a masquerade mask. All was well.

Then the mask and the hair switched places. And the mask got redesigned from a cool-looking masquerade mask to basically a palette swap of a moth mask, likely as a placeholder for our current version. And people were enraged.

It got so bad that the mask and hair swapped again so the cat hair was IGC, and was even dropped to 44 candles as a sort of apology, if I recall rightly.

Here, normal winter clothes get nowhere near enough to be comfortable in freezing weather (that’s a bit of a normal thing but yeah) unless you get specialised clothing specifically for that weather (which can get expensive) because none of the winter clothes here are designed for even mildly freezing weather

You have about 16 days of wiggle room as a pass holder usually, that does assume you have pass day 1, but even then, you can still get everything as long as you don’t wait too long to buy the pass.

Currently pass items are free when you get the connected node, they could put a "triple the price of the connected node" thing on it (if no pass) so that it's extremely impractical but still available. So for example, I got the little blue cape from this season today and the spell in the connected node was 28 candles. The cape would be 84 candles then, which is extremely inefficient, making people have barely any season candles left if they don't want to buy the pass.

i think that some would. for example in games like genshin impact, everyone can farm pulls for free but there's plenty of players that spend irl money to have it easier. i think it would be awesome for sky to work on that same system at least to give all players the same possibilities of getting the items they want, though the fortunate ones would be able to purchase more stuff

I think you misread. The idea I put down puts a price on the pass items only, the items that are free for pass owners. The connected nodes unlock those for the pass owners. The idea I described, is to put the price of the attached node, tripled, on the pass item (but it stays free for pass owners). So all the true F2P items can be obtained if desired, as usual, if they choose not to interact with the pass items, while those who want something specific, like the cape for example, would be able to get it for a price similar to how it would later appear as a TS-ish encounter.

I don't know how much progress you've made everywhere, but Sanctuary Islands is a good spot. You've got Geyser happening soon, and at full chevrons, I find that Sanc is usually enough to clear out your first chevron.

I can recommend, however, unlock the Wind Paths as soon as you can. You only need three quests there done to have full access; however, completing the questline gives access to the slipstream for faster travel. It links up to a good few easy candle cakes.

I just did all the trials yesterday because I dread those and today I wake up and go to the golden wastelands because that's were the candles where.
Everythings good until I see that a wl that a dragon had knocked out of me was the first one with the dragon that attacks the sting ray (I think that's what it is)
So I fly around it and everything is good until I grab the light and
the dragon turns it's head to me (sting ray still alive rn)
I knew it was going to take the wl I just got yesterday just to spite me so I tried to teleport home, then it hit me and I still had all my light because i just picked up the wl.
So I flew around and grabbed all but one, it disappeared.
Then I teleported home and looked at the map
AND SURE ENOUGH
they took one from the trials I just got..

The entire season was that for me. Everyone was making puns out of their usernames, sharing song recommendations, the like… the season really brought everyone together in such an amazing way.

Sentiment for the season was 95% high up until the wait between Quest 4 and the concert, but for a little while there sentiment was around 90% - a far cry from reactions to Shattering, but there was a group of folks who were not a fan of Season of Aurora until the concert happened glad they could experience it and change their thoughts on the season though!

The geyser event ends at XX:15, and Granny appears about 15 minutes after at XX:30, then runs for 15 minutes until XX:45. 15 minutes should give you plenty of time to head on over to Sunny Forest (the place behind the Spirit Gate that needs most of Hidden Forest's spirits) after the geyser ends. Granny will be walking around in the treehouse getting ready, then she'll sit down at the table once the event fully begins. Hope that helps!

if they are an active server member, surely they'll come across your messages, but spamming every channel until your friend turns up (if they are even here) makes it difficult for others
