someone taught me how to do soft landings as a moth what i do is when i'm about to land, i switch to closed wing mode where your hands don't make trails while flying and hold backwards a little bit so i slow down to a stop before i hit the ground #screenshots-and-videos message you don't really need to do it since bonk damage was removed years ago but it does make me feel graceful

oh i see rolling is a great way to do sharp turns, you do it by either spam-swiping the direction you want to roll in on mobile, tapping the flight toggle/roll button with a controller or holding tab and any direction and then mashing the direction you want to roll in on pc rolling feels inconsistent with a controller to me but i don't know if that's because i usually play on mobile or if it genuinely is just weird to use....... it's ok though because you can also do sharp turns by swapping from open to closed wing mode to turn, then going back into open wing mode to continue flying

don't forget wind paths, the second you fly out of sanctuary you get sucked into an everlasting vacuum of space and time itself

oh for citadel, i have no problem spinning mid-air as i land consider it muscle memory rooted deep into my thumbs

Sanctuary caves have to be some of the most stressful but fun areas to fly around in

Cause one wrong move means you’re running through a lightless tunnel with crabs chasing behind you, and then you have to actually spend a flap taking off at the end of it so you can get to the candle cakes, but beware of the jellyfish, cause it’s gonna stonewall all your velocity and uuuughhhh…

But when you do it right all you hear is the gentle pings of you collecting wax
And even better: if you manage to stay flying through the tunnel you can just bank upwards at the end without spending a flap

That feeling is only surpassed by threading the needle which is the holes in the houses of the citadel or timing your positioning on a geyser just right so that you get flung up in the air without actually having to land

Quick story time

I usually don’t post anything during meditation quests because im not literarily creative and I usually just place “ . ” just for completion then I immediately delete my note. Yesterday, due to a very hungry looking krill coming right at me, I accidentally pressed hide instead of delete so my message was still free for my friends to see. This morning, I saw that I received a heart and found out that 20+ friends had liked my note despite the random “dot”. Might not be a lot of likes but it’s enough for me to get a heart despite me being inactive for years. My friends are still here and are the real G’s

It's a bit cringe for me to say, but whenever I think back on the context of the quote, and how much the story behind it really influenced me, I've started to tell myself,
"Tomorrow is another day."
There's actually a lot of quotes I've seen or heard from media, both popular and not. Sometimes, make up your own quote! I have some that are a but serious and some that are more silly, like "I can't have this happen before gta6" cause of that meme running around about it.

I mean, when I do think of that fnaf quote, I genuinely realize that tomorrow is another day. Tomorrow may be the day I get my driver's permit, or tomorrow might be a day I get to hang out with my friends!
Maybe tomorrow, I'll get a surprise visit from someone. Or, tomorrow just might be a normal day for me. But you never know until tomorrow comes. And if tomorrow isn't well, then there's another tomorrow right after.

This sort of happened with me, it was up until 4th grade, I had horrible self control of my emotions and lashed out at every opportunity, but I heard the best things about one of the only two fourth grade teachers at my elementary school. So, on the last day of 4th grade, I found him outside and ran up to him, and simply said, "I hope I have your class next year!" And he smiled so brightly and said "why thank you!"

I don't remember much from 4th grade, but there were SO many major events that happened. I did my first book essay, which got me into writing, I had reading glasses for a few months, i got like 7 sicknesses in a week and it gave me a semi-permanent bark cough that i still have once in a while, and so many other things. That teacher gave me the most amazing class of my life in elementary school. One of my current teachers sort of knows him and said if I really wanted to, she could try to contact him since he's now working in the library at the elementary school! He's always been in the back of my mind and I keep working on myself because he never gave up on helping me

On the raft he was on, there was an older man and a cat on it. Tldr about interdimensions, because sky made me create them:

Interdimensions are just different universes that are already all connected to each other due to the creators of a dimension. For me, I'm a dimension creator in my own right. You can have multiple creators, or just one. For my universe, I handed off my creator status partially to my alter egos, Mem, Liv, Nero, and the flower girl, though I'm still the actual creator of them.
For my sky universe, the megabird and Woodsworth are dimension creators. To explain them a bit more, a creator is able to go from their dimension to another one if they wish, but they are physically incapable of majorly effecting the story. They can not harm, revive, give powers, etc. However, they can bring content like books, shows, args, clothing, food, etc. To another dimension. They can also technically create things, but again, they are physically incapable of effecting the universes story.
This is how Serena Woodsworth connects to my non-fandom ocs. She brought her books to that universe with the help of the megabird(as they created the universe), which is how sky gets connected to jjba, since jjba is canon to my non-fandom ocs due to the plot hole. Also, fun fact, River's favorite author literally is Woodsworth, so it's set in stone that this happened in canon

My worldbuilding for my Sky OCs and headcanons is surprisingly low-key, though. I see it as kind of like a Breath of the Wild-esque world - something horrible happened here to bring it to ruin, but people are slowly rebuilding on the ashes and bringing into being a new way of life. The skykids are the inheritors to the spirits, learning from the ways of old while still bringing into the world their own unique way of life.

Even with the negative memories, there were still some positive ones, that night in the car with my two friends we also blasted Monster and I tore my throat just to bellow it out with even the saddest moments in my life, I'm still able to find the good stuff same with my grandpa, he went through a lot, but with that he got a lot of awesome things when he was overseas, and I love hearing the stories he's able to tell. If you have a PC, download something called "h2testw" to see if your SD card is fake or not. In the future you should always do this with any new SD card, because they're notoriously easy to fake

Like I feel like my submechanophobia is getting worse but I love the thrill of looking at them all, im a major fan of animatronics, and adding water to it (which I'm already sort of afraid of since I can't swim very well and am not a big fan of getting wet unless it's from showering or rain) just makes it all the more scary, I love it, but I'm looking at images of pools because when I was regressed I went on a Pinterest Hunt™️ for things I liked and idi if it's just the weirdcore/dreamcore vibe but WOW these images are scaring me
