i think its the fact that usually IAP capes have some sort of more lively-ness to em. Cant fully explain because its more of an internal feeling but, as an example, the NCD cape is quite the revolution with the special shape and the fact its holographic and just the fact its special because its from a collab. In daysof_, stuff like that, the capes usually match the theme. Ya know, the DoF dragon stole cape doesnt necessarily match the other cosmetics that were offered due to it being black but since it kept the dragon-theme and executed it well, while also adding details as an IAP cape should have, its an inherently 'good' cape but like, beauty is in the eye of the receiver. My friend despises the dragon stole cape, lol. The meteor shower cape, while fitting the theme OF the meteor showers, is kinda just, barren in a sense it doesnt feel like its actually part of that theme. Its just kinda a purple cape with white spots thats slightly transparent so symbolize space or something and fit that slight galaxy-theme. Could also be the bareness that it has for an IAP. Idk I WASNT MEANT TO WRITE THIS MUCHH HELP ME

yea. Also, again, like, i get the theme for this years DoL is supposed to be meteors/meteor showers the cape feels more star and galaxy themed. Like, obviously the two are similar but theyre not exactly the same. The old version of the cape i feel portrayed the meteor theme a bit better with having low lights attached at the bottom of it but like, they changed that and instead just added white spots
