other pants with shoes attached, like the chuckling scout's dunagree/overall outfit, were updated so that the shoes and pants are separate. it was an update that came with season of moments, which had the first separate pair of shoes in the game. the postman's outfit was updated to also be in separate parts with this update.
so that people can have more customisation of their outfits and mix and match items more
