i also think that with that, and the fact that it seems like a complicated issue, the sky server probably isnt the best place to ask for advice on real life issues such as relationships because it can get complicated and possibly stressful depending on the nature of the conversation, as well as having nothing to do with sky
that said your mental health is always very important and if someone needs help with that i believe it's the duty of people who can to help out and be supportive and provide resources for help if they are able to instead of telling people not to talk about it

There's a lot of different ways and not all work for everybody, but you could try breathing techniques, writing your thoughts down and crumpling or destroying the paper, pros and cons for things that stress you out, try to distract yourself with books or movies or music.

Sky related, I'd recommend visiting the med bath in the night coliseum if you're able to because that can be a really nice space to unwind, but ultimately if you're struggling with anxiety and you're able to I'd suggest visiting a doctor for some help.

Speaking of Prairie Music, Uncertain Joy always feels so warm and cozy to me. It's nostalgic. It brings back memories of being a moth and just spending ages trying to figure out the village.

Flight is so good, and with how magical The Light Beyond is afterwards, folks often don't talk about Flight as much which is sad! Flight is SO powerful I love trying to sync the music as well as possible when ascending towards the stars

Diving In is also a fun time, especially for the Flight Race. Because when you get to the sliding section, it almost always syncs up with that amazing crescendo right at the end. I don't play that race much nowadays, but I'll sometimes go through with volume on just for the vibes.

Yes! I like to see it as Sky having two main motifs that play often depending on what you see or what is happening - the motif of the Skykid and the motif of the Sky Kingdom!

You hear the Skykid motif during moments like YOUR first flight to the Isle temple, YOUR first flight to the Prairie temple, your triumphant race through Valley, etc.

The Sky Kingdom motif often plays during moments where the game wants to emphasize the visual storytelling of the kingdom! (Elder cutscenes, your first true glimpse of Golden Wasteland, the final stretch of Eden before the point of no return, etc)

There is! There's Something Beyond, The Current, The Deep, and Exhale. Depends on what stage you're at.

Something Beyond is in the first section. The Current is that loud brassy piece in the first half of Eden. The Deep is in the final area with the rocks and krill. And Exhale is PNR.

I might be wrong but iirc The Deep is the music that plays towards the final stretch leading up to the point of no return hallway, and... my gosh, there's a moment towards the end of the song where the music swells up (around the time it takes for you to reach the final torch checkpoint) and you can hear this haunting version of the Sky Kingdom motif and it's just... perfect goosebumps

That's the one! I think that's my favourite of all of Eden's music, because it really hits you in the feels, but not in the same way as Exhale. You dread what's to come, even if you don't know what you're dreading. All you know is, it's not going to be good.

I admittedly kind of want to take influence from the emotions it evokes for me for my own writing. Is that weird?
