Ironic thing is, I didn't actually like how I resized at the time. I'd wanted to be a little shorter because my skykid felt too tall and awkward amongst all the chibis I was meeting. But teeny-tiny skykid was a little much for me at the time! But that had been my one and only resize, so I couldn't do much about it. Then I got attached to being so small, to the point when I thought an Eden run would resize me (I must have read that somewhere), I was kind of distraught.

But that was not the case! So now I'm still happily pocket-sized.

Depends on the trial. Water and to a certain extent Fire really, really test my patience. Earth is usually pretty easy. Wind’s not so bad either, but it overstays its welcome a bit.

I like to play music with the instruments, especially the fermata ones like the violin and saxophone. in game music sheets as well as external songs

showing friends cool out of bounds places, talking about lore, and helping new players here and there helps pass the time

and recently I got a controller for my switch that has a turbo button, so mapping that to the call button makes it easy to have screaming competitions with moths

Hello I have returned, the event tickets were put in place to relieve pressure on the community feeling the need to grind for candles, it doesn't necessarily stop players from still doing so
I think it also takes a while for the impact to be noticed throughout the whole community, those who have been around longer, had the ability to sustain regular candle runs, etc. will most likely have benefitted a lot sooner than those with less expandable time to play and new players who will still get tripped up from already existing candle sinks like past events, TS, etc. because they may be playing catch up for a while yet

But I think overall the ticket system is beneficial in the long run, if they work out how to return past ticket items without it creating another cycle of grinding or fomo

I think maybe if you're feeling comfortable to do so you could try exploring what other aspects of sky are fun for you, I know that grinding has kept a lot of people in the game, but it also burns a lot of people out too and the passion for the actual game can die, so maybe think on why you originally joined Sky, what did you enjoy back then, are there things you enjoy now aside from cr, like seasonal quests? Do you find lore interesting? Roleplay, oobing, playing instruments, etc.? There's a lot of other reasons to play Sky and sometimes you just gotta look at ones that suit you

I have one and one purpose in Sky only
I use sky as a mean for me to interact with the cool friends I have made here in Cozy, we may never be able to meet irl due to geographical distance but atleast we can be together in this fictional world

like having varied interests outside of only sky balances it out

I have the mentality I have to stay above 1.5k or else I'll explode so that just keeps me grabbing dailies each day, but my thing with candles has never been about having more than other people, it's just been about keeping up with the system so I don't miss items I like. I used to collect anything and everything from TS when I had the candles to (moth days not so much cause I was broke) and it would always wipe me down to barely any candles each TS visit, it got so draining, but then I realised I should just collect the things I actually want, collectionist mentality was really damaging for me.

It helped a lot just focusing on the things I wanted from events and TS, and when things have come back around I've actually ended up with more candles now to be able to be like oh I can spend these on this thing and not feel as deflated as I would have back then. I also learn to appreciate things I didn't enjoy previously, my tastes for cosmetics change over time so I get the joys of having something to look forward to - for example, I can't wait for alchemist to come back again whenever they do because I want the hair!

for me the biggest change was reducing my CR down to a set path every day and being good with 13-15 candles and logging off
that has helped the most

also because by then I was getting a lot of repeat TS so my journey is nearly done
when my last TS shows up I'm just gonna vibe forever and live in #outfit-requests you'll never see me again
