The best thing you can do is isolate yourself from the situation if possible, and try to do square breathing. Sipping at water if available also helps me. Let your mind calm itself down and breathe as much as you can.

sometimes making a list of all the little things that are stressing you can help, sometimes it's not one big thing but just a bunch of little things that all add up, and reflecting on each of them helps
