There was this...probably chibi pair or couple? They were smaller than me. They had the princess carry.
And out of nowhere they just...kept getting into my face. As in, princess carry and air dance from the deer season.
I did the confetti at them one time. A sort of "alright cool"
Before and after the confetti emote, I walked away but they kept following me and doing the dance.
And after the confetti it seemed to get worse...? As in, they still kept getting in my space + face.
Did the air dance again and then the one who was carried sent kisses.
They did want to light me afterwards but I was already uncomfortable given the personal space breach. So I did and (didn't want to reward them, in a sense, when I tried going away before but they went after me)
They still kept doing their things so I just closed the game and then opened it again + teleported to my friend
It just felt awkward. And uncomfortable
I'm chilling with my friend, at Granny's
Still feeling a bit weird thanks to the experience before so I think I'll make myself something to eat.

There are a lot of different light creatures in sky, and of all of them cosmic mantas are the only instance of that transparent starry pattern
So i feel like this tells us more about manta than it does about jellies
Jellyfish being transparent isn't really a surprise given they're inspired by a real life animal that can be transparent
As for what cosmic mantas even are, they seem to hold a certain tie to memories when looking at where they show up

Considering that we also hear Aurora in Orbit, my own personal headcanon is that, in a way, she's also the voice of Megabird. And that the Aurora we see ingame is a temporary incarnation of Megabird created from an ancient memory, taking the form of a person who existed long ago to pass a message along to the inheritors of the world - our skykids.

Perhaps Megabird in their natural form doesn't have the strength to communicate with us in the realms beyond, "Hey, go to Eden to do the thing". We hear them again at the end in Orbit because we're in their domain. So we hear them loud and clear... and see them, too, should we think to look up.

Italian American food (think spaghetti and meatballs or lasagna) originated from Italian immigrants to the us. Back in southern Italy (northern Italy immigrants were also a bit) these immigrants were very poor. When they moved to America they found themselves for the first time able to afford foods they couldn’t really afford back at home like meat, cheese, olive oil, eggs, etc.
With this newfound abundance of previously out of reach ingredients they invented new dishes that made liberal use of ingredients like meat, cheese, and eggs. These dishes are also easy to prepare like the dishes the poor immigrants would have cooked back at home.

It is really slow, and needs a big active friends list to be viable
Getting large amounts of hearts quickly like you say you do, does require work to set up and also maintaining the friends list as some people will inevitably get less active eventually
I get trying to not stress people out about hearts, but i feel that saying you get 20 hearts effortlessly is misleading

Collecting daily light is the passive way to collect hearts. But the fastest is to trade with friends and making friends is the hardest part of the game

Especially since many players don’t accept in-game friend requests anymore

when i first started playing sky, it was the first time i really had friends and i felt really open to them and talked about things I definitely shouldnt in a similar way
what it took for me to realise it wasnt good was two things, 1) other people doing the same to me, and realising how draining it was, and 2) being told that it wasnt appropriate and that these people shouldnt have to hear certain things without warning
i felt really bad once i realised but im super grateful to those people because it means i can be a support to them now with so much more understanding, instead of draining them
learning requires being embarrased and losing some people or some pride, but it is always a good thing
