I'm not a Sky cosplayer myself, but as someone who has made stuff similar to masks before, perhaps try foam! You'll have to find a way to subtly incorporate air holes, but EVA foam is really commonly used for cosplay.

I would suggest abyss and aurora if you are into lore heavy

Tho you need the aurora wings to see the concert again but it does show story and culture in sky if you do the quest
