every cosmetic (hair, cape, mask, pants, prop, instrument) a spirit offered during their respective season can be bought for candles once they return as a TS
Fire Prophet didn't offer a brazier during Prophecy, they only did after they returned as TS which is why it costs hearts

they can cost candles they can cost hearts I think the criteria is if they have any use outside of decoration
the stickers the other prophets offer cost candles because they're just stickers while something like jelly's umbrella has the added benefit of protecting you from rain

But basically when you spin forward, your... Imagine a clock and you see the two clock hands.

The lower half is the short needle that barely moves, and the upper half is the long needle. When your tallkid does the forward spin, it kinda does that.
