The one tip I would say is that it's personal, because it's intuitive. I would spend some time looking at each card looking at the detail (which is what you are going to naturally do anyway) then learn to shuffle and how to cut the deck and the spreads used.

Spreads are the layout of the cards.

I would advise you don't look up what a card means until you have looked at it and tried to figure out what it means to you in that moment.

When you are done you can then look up card meanings however it will say different sites will say different things or similar things. Though because it's personal and intuitive you get to decide with that extra info what that card means.

People do use a little note book to take notes on what cards mean for them but that changes over time. So I would say to use the book for taking notes as a diary almost and to help with reflection. Etc

I was candle running with my friends in vault when I told them that I was getting bored of candle running and had nothing to do in Sky,when one of my friends told me the legend of an eclipse wizard who could grant you the power of 9 stars? if you complete his challenge but if you fail you would lose all your powers forever So I went to visit him on some mountain far away from homespace. He split into two halves. One of them was inspired by the sun with flowing flame mane and golden fur and the other had night sky mane and moon horns. Oh and he took a form of a lion like creature it's very hard to describe so I'll try to draw it later and I also saw someone try to complete his challenge but fail-

Well then I went through the path he told me about and I suddenly met the only person that completed his challenge! It was an old spirit. They told me about their story and how their crew tried to complete it together but got separated. Oh and they had a giant sabertooth tiger as a pet. Well it seems like they were actually trying not to let me take the challenge so the sabertooth tiger went after me but I hid and went further on top of the mountain

Then on the way to the mountain's peak I saw 2 spirits that were part of the crew they were in. They told me that their leader was a bad friend so they got separated but when I thought everything was fine a misunderstanding happened and they thought that I was about to betray them so I hid again and now I was closer to the top.
There I met the last crew members,but they were much nicer than the previous ones and helped me recover and showed me the waterfall that I should climb through. It was very hard but I did it! I was on top of the highest mountain and was waiting for the Eclipse wizard to come back.The ground was covered in those half moon markings you see during an eclipse.When he appeared he was now in his full form and had offered to fight me to grant me the power. But I refused because it didn't seem like they wanted to fight so instead I offered to become his friend! The wizard accepted my request and then we watched the eclipse together. Then I explained to him what being friends is like since the wizard never had friends! So he offered to show me his observatory
And I woke up
