That’s up to personal preference. Feast will come back next year, Pleaful will return but probably not anytime soon.

But if you have to decided between the two, remember that the feast stuff can reliably return next year, while pleaful is a bit more sporadic in appearance

Either way, get the stuff that you feel like you'd enjoy the most

Funny thing about that, actually - you can! You can get spells for random resizes.

Nope! You can get permanent resizes, too.

You can get them randomly from spirits, but there's a more reliable way, too - have you done the Enchantment questline?

Once it's done, a spell shop opens on the Ark itself. There's one stall there that sells I think three perma resizes for 10 ascended candles. I believe you can only get three per day, but they're there all days, unlike some spells, which only appear Friday through to Sunday.

If you don't have the AC, you might have to try your luck with the spirits. I don't think they're terribly common, but I've managed to get something like twelve randomly in total.
