Not all brands will work. For example, Steelseries Nimbus will not work due to incorrect button mappings (Steelseries Stratus XL, which is marketed as an Android controller, should work however).

Compatibility also depends on your Android OS version and brand of your device. You should do research into which controllers will work correctly for your OS and device, but looking for Android compatible controllers is a good start.

PS4 and Xbox One controller support is generally pretty good on Android 9+. There is native controller support in Android 10.

To link your sky account, tap the settings cogwheel, tap account, select the service you want to link to and sign in and link.

Every smartphone has what is called an SoC (system on a chip) the CPU and GPU are bundled on the same chip... In other words they're both integrated. my phone is a flagship phone and actually sits around 50% usage on the GPU in sky at 60fps. There's no way to balance them out because the CPU has a completely different job than the GPU... The GPU is optimized for displaying graphics (a metric crap ton of tiny computations) while the CPU is optimized for bigger more complex problems. if the CPU were to attempt to do with the GPU does, you would get less than one frame per second.

Battery drain and battery charge is a main cause of heat, from my experience. Most Android devices 9.0+ support a feature called "battery idle mode." It's when the battery is fully charged and still plugged in, Android OS will bypass the battery and put it "idle" and pull power directly from the charging cable. I'd suggest trying one play session fully charged and plugged in to see if you see temperature difference. I saw over 15°C (64-73°C down to 46-51°C) drop playing this way. (This is SoC temps, battery temps stayed near ambient when idle and around 43-49°C while charging or discharging. Batteries take up a larger area of the phone so most heat you feel while playing is usually battery heat, not SoC heat)

Also, if your phone case is plastic, rubber or another material that won't let heat pass through it, that would contribute to higher temps also. I upgraded to a cloth type case and it helped drop a few degrees also. Taking the case off completely works also if you feel adventurous.

Plus side, seems Sammy built the kernel on armv8 so at the HAL level, it can run 64 bit instructions. Sadly, the OS is built as 32 bit, so as dreamfyre stated, unless there is an update that requires a factory reset, you're stuck on 32 bit for that phone

I wouldn't recommend delving into that... Android is an operating system like Windows and iOS... Different versions of Android exist as well as different variations of each version of Android... With that it is possible to install a custom version of Android. It is very complicated and I wouldn't recommend you try it

Trying to use APKs will result in download problems and may result in account data loss and inability to contact TGC support. It isn't that bad either. Maybe a stutter when loading a new area. I personally think it is due to the swappiness in the kernel more than the hardware.

Oh, right. Easier to understand explanation: when screen recording, the temporary file has to be put somewhere. Usually by default, it gets sent to a "swap" file. This is also used by the game to store data not currently in use by the game, so loading new areas, models, players, etc would saturate my phone's i/o while screen recording causing slight stutters/frame drops.

It could be how the Adreno kernel driver handles the request compared to other GPUs. I would compare "screenshots" compared to the in game camera function. Since the in game camera function requests the GPU driver to crank all graphics up to make a better image than what is normally on screen.

x64 maybe. x86 is 32 bit. It was a moniker for the 386, 486 and early pentiums. Newer PCs use x64/AMD64 (AMD was first to make 64 bit processors for home PCs, so they got full of themselves and named the instructionset after themselves, until we started calling it x64)

PowerVR gpus are good for one thing: web browsing and loading html5 graphics. I wouldn't think it could handle 4k video decoding. (Exaggerating, but still...)

The Oppo A31 uses the cheapest chipset on the market. A Mediatek SoC that uses a PowerVR gpu which is pretty underwhelming to say it kindly.

Excessive motion blur is usually due to the device not running the proper frame rate. I.E. battery saver mode is 20 fps. If your device can't run the game at 20 fps, and runs at 15fps, the missing 5 frames each second would be turned into blur. It's a Vulkan API feature to avoid stutters.

It would make sense larger areas like GW that need the extra ram might force close due to a situation called "oom" or out of memory. Your "low memory killer" most likely closed the app due to essential processes like system apps needing that ram for background tasks.

I got around by taking permission from the background running apps that just run for no reason and had to uninstall my home launcher (that alone used to take like 400-600mb idk for what)
