TGC has been working to make the game compatible for as many devices as possible, sometimes even sacrificing graphics quality to make that happen

There are hundreds of different kinds of Android devices all with different systems and specs, so it can be difficult to make something like Sky work for all of them, so TGC has chosen to make it work as much as possible

Unfortunately, this does mean that some won’t be compatible

Basically, android detects external audio differently than iOS, so the headphones automatically appearing is more difficult to implement

The model number is a string of text given to a device by the developer. Every single ZTE grand x view 3 in the world will have the same model number.

I think any kind of feedback has some potential to be used, however its up to you if you want to send it

I would try another app that uses Vulkan API and NEON. It could be a known issue with some games and Vulkan or NEON instruction sets. If it can't be reproduced elsewhere, I would put it in the bug reports so when they start building the app for the new Android 11 API they know what bugs to look out for.

Sadly, it might be a bug that resolves itself with a new Beta build as a lot of changes aren't concrete with Beta builds like that, so whatever change that broke multi-touch for Sky and possibly other apps might be reverted before it goes official.

Hopefully skybot is merciless and lets me link it: https://www.google.com/android/beta/feedback might be the best place to report the bug.

I've never figured out how to get a Chromecast to actually show what's on your screen... I thought it worked by connecting to a cloud service like Netflix or YouTube and streaming it over the internet...

Settings - Connected Devices - Connection Preferences - Cast. You can also use the "edit" toggle for your quick drawer and add a quick tile to cast your screen. I don't emember when this feature came to Android. A lot of Android manufacturers build their mid tier to low end phones on 32 bit (software) to save on development costs. I just got my pass. No issues here. Sad to see some people are having the issue. Have you tried a different payment method instead of your default one? Maybe bank blocking it? One report was barely over the "no tax" total, so that one could have been due to tax going over the available amount they have on that payment method. Don't know about the other reports.

So, please remember: sales tax is a local government thing that TGC, Apple nor Google have control over. I.E. My purchase went to 10.85 due to tax. Please keep this in mind if you are close to the 9.99 purchase price. (Example: a preloaded $10 Google Play card will most likely not be able to be used to pay for this by itself and I don't think Google or Apple does split payments)

Please make sure you have enough storage on your device. The game itself is under 1gb but can take up to 3gb to download and install all files. Try clearing cache+data, powering your device completely down, restarting and reinstalling the game from Google Play Store or Google Play Games. Be sure to link your account before uninstalling to save your progress.

It isn't advised to flash Gapps on a chinese stock rom as there could be trackers on those roms. (since source code isn't released for those, no one can really check) It is always recommended flashing a custom rom and then gapps afterwards. Also Gapps would be out of the scope of a regular user, so it is only advised to do if you know what to do if something goes awry.

Hi, can somebody help?^^ After I downloaded the patch, the game started to download the realms again. Hours passed and for some reason it still going on. For me it looks like I need to start downloading (so the game doesn't do it automatically but I didn't find anything)...or maybe I need to wait more?🤔

It isn't advised to flash Gapps on a chinese stock rom as there could be trackers on those roms. (since source code isn't released for those, no one can really check) It is always recommended flashing a custom rom and then gapps afterwards. Also Gapps would be out of the scope of a regular user, so it is only advised to do if you know what to do if something goes awry.

I would suggest clearing data and then after clearing it, immediately reboot your phone. Showing certified means Play Store already has your device cross checked against the compatibility test suite.

For those having the ODR error, please uninstall the app, reboot and re-install it through Google Play Store. Only other thing I could think of is the switch from ODR to PAD causing the issue. It shouldn't be an issue from getting the app from Google Play though unless there is some compatibility issues with your device and PAD distribution.

ODR used external storage which can cause issues with scoped storage and failure of reading downloaded assets.

No, that would turn Google play services off. That one is over my head on why you can't update or uninstall updates. Only time I have seen that is from a Custom ROM like lineage or a GSI and flashing OpenGapps.

a bit is a 1 or 0 in a set of instructions. So an 8bit integer would look like 01001001. A 64 bit process would have a string of 64 1s and 0s. I.E. can compute more complex instructions

Dual channel 32 bit is just double 32. It doesn't work like a 64 bit system. Binary and bits are confusing without knowing what a 64 bit binary string is capable of compared to 2 32 bit streams. 2 32 bit streams need to use up some of that data for your system to know to combine them (parity bits also for redundancy) limiting it's true potential

I personally never heard of dual channel x bit in processing only in memory like RAM or NVMe. This is due to processors being able to read the memory faster than the media can feed it to the system. 2 Semis going 65 Mph can deliver a full load quicker than one speeding at 100 mph twice

I'll tell you what. Try doing a fresh install of Sky. Uninstall Sky. Clear your phones memory. (Shut down and turn on as usual if you want to be extra careful) Then reinstall Sky again. A fresh reinstall may help with lingering issues
