all i have to say is that the rain is a bit distracting from the details of the characters, I'm not really good at explaining but you can lower the opacity for the rain and make the lines even shorter and a bit more messy
the lower the opacity the farther the rain is, and also add some splash effects of the rain drops falling on the character and their surroundings u don't have to do all this it's just some thoughts ueue
