For context, I'm thinking of making an rp story where the Krill manage to make it beyond the Wasteland and start to push into the other realms(starting with the Valley bc the Vault is p well protected), and not long after that, the King breaks free of whatever binds him. The Elders and Spirits do their best to protect the Skykids, though it might end up being the Skykids who defend them instead.
The story would likely be centered around the Skykid OCs themselves and how they handle what's going on, whether it be helping minimize the damage and evacuate with the others, or try and stop it however they can.

Initially, I was going to make this into a separate fic with my skykid OC, but this scenario feels way too big for just one character. So, I wanted to develop this basic story a bit more, and invite people into the rp if anyone's interested! 😄

I mentioned that I had ideas to create a story that would take place before the events of Sky.

The main cast are the descendants, the statued kids in Eden. The story may focus on about 3-4 of them, as they travel throughout the Kingdom, learn of its past and reach Eden. It would explain why there's statued kids in Eden, the past of Sky, and subtly hint as to what led to our awakening.

There's a lot of differences in the story, like how there's a lot of spirits wandering around, and we get a deep dive inti their thoughts and their reactions to lost loved ones

So the QGs play a part in the story

The main kid in the story also resembles the Prince, but not identical to them. Doesn't stop the Elders from doing a double take when they see this kid

Also, if you don't save any statues, there is still one kid that appears in Orbit

Though, it could easily be a place-holder

I personally think vault is sort of an illusion? I made this theory after someone said vault is an illusion, so this is kinda their theory. So like, the whole thing is actually destroyed but skykids don't see that. The "end" of vault looked destroyed as the block thing letting us move up fell down into the sitting place. Both krills and whales have similar lenght, even though the krills are way skinnier - which may suggest that the darkness erased the light, leaving a dark skeleton behind and nothing else
To support this, there's also the fact that when light is taken away, skykids become dark themselves
Krills can also "honk" very loudly just like whales can - and theres no difference between the honking colour
Maybe that means that krills could be turned back to normal if exposed to light?
They live in pretty dark areas such as ||eden|| and gw, but still track skykids to hit - do they need light to not be completely consumed by darkness?
And if they were consumed by darkness completely - would they look like the first concept design???
