i mean, imo its debatable if its 100% canon to the sky universe since its only obtanable in office, but if you want to assume its canon then i'd say why wouldnt there be oxen ? itd make sense judging by their level of technological advancement that theyd need more animals (farmhands, etc.,) than we see alive in game

my belief is that the sky world had animals like ours, but they were "neutral" creatures - not wholly light or dark. when the eden diamond exploded, all neutral creatures were eradicated and only light/dark ones were left

those neutral creatures are the ones we see in the animal masks but not alive in game

As seen in Forgotten Ark, spirits released crabs. I think they were brought over there by spirits and now there are crabs in sanctuary. Eden is probably because there’s a lot of darkness there and crabs are dark creatures

I think this is kind of obvious, but I have proof that the skeletons seen in boneyard and graveyard are whales. In boneyard there is one of the skeletons and next to it is a spirit that gives you whale call. I guess this is just proof of what we already know lol. But I'm kind of thinking that krills aren't whales afterall

Krills are a thing from god that descended down upon the Sky kingdom because God thinks that Sky is too peaceful

So to create a challenge, but not really a challenge, God made krills

That's also how crabs spread to the ark

Some crabs entered eden and turned into red rocks. Why? Nature said so
So the red rocks are crabs that entered eden, but how about the actual crabs in eden?

They're fake, they're just stones pretending to be crabs 😁

The Wasteland elder got fed up with this so he decided to battle God to remove the krills
But he failed, and failed hard
So he migrated all the spirits to the stars

That's why we can only talk to them using the star table at home

i hc broken temple as a market place before it desertified and was, well, broken
upper krill swamp would likely look identical to forest temple
i imagine graveyard was a resevoir that dried up and became contaminated, so basically a big lake
shipyard was probably your typical naval port, small and big ships alike in cleaner waters ready to transport goods
and battlefield was probably a big military base + training area

I could see the forest elder making a few small ones for the scouts. They themselves never seemed to have anything but basic technology(lanturns, ropes, planks, etc). Still pretty impressive if they were kids tho.

‘Regressing’ is probably a better word for what I meant. I haven’t even thought about how to explain the fact that entrances to new areas appear along with spirits/structures within already-visited areas. I don’t know if there even is lore behind it, or just video game magic. Unless the Sky kid is actually traveling to different points in time to rescue the spirits there.

As for the QG’s, I think they are in a different ‘state’ than the other spirits. Where the others are reliving some old memory, QG’s have ambitions that they want you to help with, be it restoring the beauty of an area or helping them relive a series of memories.

Fun fact: You know that glare around spirits and wl? The one that looks like a circle? It’s actually a real life natural phenomenon called a sundog. They’re created by icy water particles making tiny little rainbows that clump together and make a bright light, and they typically circle around large bright lights (like the sun)!
With this knowledge, it’s safe to assume that the invincible objects like spirits and such that have sundogs are actually large formations of water, which explains how you can easily walk through them and why they’re so translucent. The excess particle around them creating a sundog :DD

HEY WAIT A MINUTE I JUST HAD A OCEAN SEASON IDEA:

The area is one of floating islands from DP or HF that has collapsed and sunken to the sea floor, carrying with it an important building such as some sort air-ship yard, a library, or some sort of barracks that's been taken over by sky-themed sea life and plants. Our Job during this season would be to restore the location to something close to what is orginally was! Along way each quest shall reveal more and more of what the location's function was, important things it did, and what's it role during the Kingdom's fall was. Additionally we'd get to see non-agressive crabs, baby whales, and even some whurtles!

About season of prophecy, when do you all think it took place? If the glowing child is the prince, would it be before Eden was built? Or would it be while the King is in charge of Eden?

The cave seemed hidden and I got some "secret organisation/operation" vibes from it, so on what "side" would they've been? On the same side as Vault, wanting to stop too much pollution from happening or something similar? Or would Vault have been on the opposite side, the side of possibly the king, or the people who want to stop the prophecy?

I'm really curious if the people from prophecy and the (or some) people from vault would like each other. I feel like the Vault Elder has some regrets of some sort, maybe some scholars warned them for the darkness/pollution, but they wanted more power too badly, so they didn't listen. After the kingdom of Sky fell, they felt guilty, for if they had listened to those scholars, they might have had a chance to stop the darkness (actually probably not, but Vault Elder doesn't know)
