And we're far from having a conclusion because other than it being about the origin of the Kingdom, there really isn't much that's conclusive about it

Things we DO know about it was that there were Elements, the Elders have used them, and other Ancestors tried their hand at the trials and failed and/or died

All we have for now are theories- very, very reliable theories backed up by evidence and reasoning- but are still just theories nonetheless

Because the puddle near the ark wasn't white- it resembled the sludge in Wasteland more

It could be that the reason it didn't work on that cave was because it was polluted with something else

To me i dont think there is a difference in power between being mortal or a spirit, I think he just tried a spell that was similar to the blue light except it wasn't powerful enough to actually work. But when we retrieved the actual blue light he was able to purify it

Just a theory on krills

It was said in the beginning that stars/spirits/sky kids fell from the heaven. and after a long time a child was called to guide spirits back to their constellation. I have a theory that Krills were once skykids. Sky kids who were consumed by darkness before they even got their first light.

from what I read before in this channel, the Fire Orb was originally for Wasteland, but the pollution seemed to reach Forest which probably brought the orb there as well, probably also due to conflict from the Elders.

@hushed steeple dark plants are also called dark stone by devs, because in threir early stages of developpment there were not leaf-like shape and spikes.

Maybe the dark stone are somewhat visible in the carpenter and in forest (the bridge to the temple and blocking the miners exits in Crying Miner Spirit)

I even thought once that maybe they carve and collect that materials

My first theory about that altar was that the top of Vault tower was disconnected and dragged to Eden by the Storm

But I later changed my mind when I saw (comparing Vault seen outside from the Eden Social Area compared to Isle Temple murals) that Vault Tower is intact!

After all someone who OOBed to the Eden Altar showed how the tombstones sizes are bigger than what Lamed "remember them" in her shiny dream like realm

I don't know what the Lore Channel consensus is, but my personal theory is that we are reliving what the Prince did

IMHO whoever the Prince was, the final result was the Sky Kingdom could prosper only thanks to his success, with him passing a the trials they acquired the 4 elements which helped the Realms to prosper

For example the Air/Teal light helped the Valley in creating the boats they use to do boat races

While the 4 murals in the corridor maybe were previsions of the future, where the lights ended up after they got scattered by the Ark shipwreck

Fire Element ended up/is located in the forest
Water Element ended up/is located in the ice lake of the Valley, after following the river

Also I think the prophets forsaw the coming of the darkness (there is a Krill in the Prophecy final mural)

The way Sky Kids consume light and have glowing symbols and recharge to gain health is 100% exactly the same as the way elders consume light, have glowing symbols and have it restore their power. When I was lookin at them too, they all have the little diamond somewhere on them (usually on chest).

Maybe the symbol either means whatever its on is connected to the stars I guess that could be everything, since its everywhere or its powered by light. Or somethin dunno. I just think its cute elders have the same symbol as all the kids and eat light like they do.

You'll notice that barely any light creature needs to be recharged

The closest you can get from a light creature that has lost enough light/energy to be recharged is a butterfly that you need to open the gate to the 8-player door

Skids however- lose their energy more often than a light creature that decidedly doesn't lose energy under normal circumstances

I’d say that’s more of an argument for Skykids being a blend of celestial and terrestrial. While Skykids lose light energy flapping their cape, we see no indication that any ancestors were capable of flight. Every mural that I can recall that shows ancestors flying involved them in boats.

Light creatures share their light because they recognize the Skykids as kin of sorts.

In that case, here’s one:

there’s a lot we can tell from the framed perspectives the devs give us. I don’t mean where the camera pans or moves by itself, but rather how when in hallways or paths the end creates a picture. A perfect example is the entryway to the Graveyard in Golden Wasteland. When entering we see the manta and, if we were little moths, may expect a place of plentiful light. And then we see the horror as it turns out that the manta suddenly becomes prey to this horrible flying worm-crustacean.

That’s intentional on the devs part and is a method of storytelling. I bring this up because it gives us insight into how the devs want to convey aspects of areas without telling us explicitly. So. With that out of the way, I had a thought:

When coming to battlefield from the shipwreck area in Golden Wasteland, we see another framed perspective. The skyline implies grandeur, magnificence, decayed power (pic 1) and then ... the desolate remnants of some kind of industrialization (pic 2).

The skyline remained the same after the destruction, for the most part. So, we’re given a little glimpse into the past of Wasteland. I think, anyways.

So. What other areas can we learn about through the framed perspectives the devs give us? Any other areas come to mind? Or is this idea completely off the mark?
