he's not there in the same way as the elders you see in the cutscenes
he is an important figure in the current lore of sky
he's just not there the same way as the spirits you see in the individual realms are
there are also subtle designs and motifs referencing the king in the world too. iirc some of the latticework in valley/dusk temple has a design pattern reminiscent of the kings head
could be worth discussing some of the meanings the diamond shapes may have and maybe what connections that symbolizes

I believe that mask is the rain elders headpiece but it definitely has weight if you consider the levels story
+the purpose of the hidden forest residents at their time

The most important question is why when I wanna talk about the lore nobody is in this channel ;-;

something interesting about golden wasteland shipwreck that ive noticed is that it's more of an irl human-styled ship itself
then there's a sky cotl-style flying boat that seems to have crashed into it, which is what i think must have caused the shipwreck

thats also another thing that contributes to my thought that all the realms are on earth ground, and eden is sort of the place to connect with orbit as its also pictured above all the other realms on murals
it also makes sense bc gw and isle of dawn are both the only places surrounded by water, as theyre the first and last realms on either side of the earth island sky kingdom (this is also going off of the theory that vault is an extension to gw, and we can see that since vok and gw are the only realms connected by doors and not clouds)
it doesnt make sense tho bc all the other realms are connected by clouds, and in some cases clouds are beneath the ground and clouds are also sometimes touching the ground

they are creatures of the light but krills are intoxicated chomk whales
which also explains why the chomk is seen before wasteland, perhaps crying in pain
chomk whales are sea animals so theyd be likely to find the water to vibe in
and as we know gw water is kinda dead so theyd probably get kinda messed up in that water ngl
and the number of krills guarding whale bones in the graveyard are most abundant because theyre guarding their parents/family :-)
