@cobalt garnet As requested! Here's a Journeyer costume skykid (seen in old Home, via what was basically the beta version of a friend star. Because of this, the colors are a bit off. I have a version with more accurate colors but a mask in the way, if you need.)
This picture was taken December 18 2018. The Journeyer costume was only obtainable very early on. I don't know exactly how. One player I spoke to said that their friend had gotten it after getting all the valley spirits. It's possible that maybe before the piano existed, maybe this costume was the reward? (Piano used to be a reward obtained in valley after getting all the spirits.) It's also very possible that the person could have been making things up, or their friend could be untruthful. There's no way to know now.
It seems there were Journey costume players from the very first days of beta (and if not, certainly within a few weeks of beta starting.) They were around until the beta reset on about June 7th 2019. After the reset, all progress was wiped, and the journey costume was lost forever.

Right in the teaser, the skater looked like they were just ice walking, meaning they don't quite know how to properly skate but their aim is to become a good skater and perform at the stadium. So maybe thought-out the season, we'll see all the 4 other spirits teaching them and giving them moral support. Maybe the memories will include the girl trying to skate, doing tricks but failing and falling. And i think the ending will be them finally performing in the colesium. That makes me wonder if the stage at colesium will also get an icy makeover for the cutscene?

Imo, The 4 others spirits shown in the image teaser are the spirits we'll relive.
