The Orange Light in Enchantment doesn't burn stuff, it attracts light creatures like birds and butterflies. And we see there's many Mantas and butterflies in Forest...

Hello, so I explored eden a bit, few, but interesting details.

For the two shield theorists, these items appear in eden just before 2nd stage:

The layout of these red crystals inside the pipe lead me to believe, that they are not chipped away from the eye. More so, either the crystals grow, or have been used by the ancestors in the location, and remained there later.
