I just realized, Eden WAS the old kingdom every elder used to live in, they all had a happy life, but soon darkness came and all off the castle was destroyed the top had been saved a little bit, but not the bottom, the bottom was all filled with darkness and the only way to get the fallen light that everybody once adored and used back then, soon nobody survived due to the darkness killing and destroying the castle, and the spirits wonder in the places they were killed by the darkness, luckily the fallen light was still on top, and it was up to you to get it and put all the kingdoms together. But ever since the kingdom was destroyed the top with the fallen light the Eden elder had to save it and remained on the castle, waiting for the sky,ids to come and get the light and put all kingdoms back together. And since the fallen light was so powerful and sacred, the elders had to make a huge mountain and cloud in order to still get some powers of it, and the wise vault elder had a path to the Eden, or remainings of the castle. So you can bring the fallen light back.

What if the trials take place in some sort of pocket dimention (like, created by magic, or just inside the element itself) and what if the dark cloud creatures where made inside those elements.
