That makes me wonder if this is a reference to the Eden crystal exploding and the stars started falling then. Or the elder's mask broke when the stars started falling after the fact. Or a star struck the elder in the face, breaking their mask.

"The Elder protects the creatures of light, for darkened days to come."

Wonder if this means the day elder knew of darkness coming and tried saving butterflies by hiding them in jars?
If so, were the ancestors trying to help with taking the butterflies to Eden, or were they taking the butterflies away to use up? (stealing)

Forest's poem makes me wonder if this is told from the ancestors (since it is not outright told to us, only implied).
And if so, would these messages addressing the elders be the from the ancestors'?

Wonder if this means the elders were responsible for breaking the crystal?
That is if the crystal is the 'scattered light'.

Here’s how I interpret them:

Isle: The Isle Elder is commanding birds to return to the Light after the stars fell, with the POV of the birds.

Prairie: The Prairie Elder is hard at work creating butterflies to help the Sky world, with a POV of the spirits.

Forest: The Forest Elder try to kill and destroy light creatures for resources, but they now regret it, with the POV of the spirits.

Valley: Set in the time of the kingdom’s prosperity, it describes a celebration/event in Valley.

Wasteland: I’m not sure, the “comes from above” could refer to the Skykids, so it could refer to just before they died

Wasteland: "Galloping?"
We do not have any sky creatures that gallop in the game. Not even the crabs count, they skuttle.

In concept art, there is the deer. and galloping usually means a horse, which is unheard of in the game and lore.

I'll be honest, my first interpretation of "the courage needed comes from above" was the elder bc in both Light Awaits and live Sky, wasteland elder just jumps down from high above but I do see your point since skids come from orbit

did a bit of poetic analysis (kinda regret it), but here it is:
Dawn's rhyme : abcb - Ballad Stanza
Day's rhyme : abca - also Ballad Stanza
Forest's rhyme : abcb - Ballad Stanza
Valley's rhyme : abcb - Ballad Stanza , ddd - triplet , efe - closed tercet
Wasteland's rhyme : axbb - a broken balliol?

What I did was mark the lines with rhyming words (ex. Valley : ABCB DDD EFE)
Then tried to identify the rhyme schemes.
▫️ Ballads are standard rhyme schemes, nothing special there.
▫️ triplets emphasises things
▫️ tercets are 3 lines with 2 rhymes. used to slow down a poem. Which makes an interesting detail for Valley transitioning into wasteland.
▫️ I am not sure if it is a broken balliol, though if it counts, that would be an interesting detail for the realm.

A poem with 8 lines, is a octave. They are typically used to introduce a theme or problem.
A poem with 10 lines (like valley) makes a dizain (it odd, not sure where to go with that tbh. Assuming the triplet was meant to be 1 line, then it goes back to a octave)
Wasteland's 4 line poem would be a quartain, a short poem that I am not sure would mean. Other than possibly being a broken poem.

I'm not sure who took the photo but in the beta designs of the valley elders you can see they're apparently on opposing sides I think this is interesting, given how they are together canonically but maybe before they were fighting eachother, idk but i cant really connect the dots to it

Also about the eden elder, in beta design and art it showed all elders including resh/alef and he was seen as a child of light, with the eden crown and all. So that also supports the theory that skykids are deprived of the eden elder
he was probably a skykid too if that's true.

well those are beta designs for them so tecinally the designs thir arms would be scrapped as it was replaced with the current designs. But alot of us do think they were the diamond sheild side of the wasteland war for basically needing darkstone (the material we see used to power up doors, boats, lights ect) as valley is practically running on it, yet that is just a popular speculation for the reason. Not only that but the cyclone could've also been made of them as they're shown to be given the wind color light in prophecy

thats also a cool idea but i personally wouldn't use beta designs as source as they were well, beta, and were replaced with whatever there is ingame to align better on what the game wants to tell. Artist perspective wise things change alot ingame and if it was changed it was done for a reason

Oh oh also, I wanna talk about the gw elder since I find it interesting--
So everything in sky is powered by the dark stone? And diamond symbolism is used in every realm especially vault, I mean even the vault elder uses the diamond powered by the kids light. And the war between the diamond and sun shield we can tell it was a civil war since it looked like it only took place in one realm and hasn't affected all the others like how the sky kingdom fell and the eden crystal erupted.
And in the process of going into the temple it seems the gates locks from the outside so once you go into the gate you cannot get back our after you light the beacon and the krill come out, wich means wasteland HAD heavy security but becuase of the war it was left to rust, but in the elder cutscene where he finally emerges he seems to be guarding the vault door, swinging his spear and threatening anyone that if someone tries to hurt vault they will get it. But also that's not the point
Hes holding a sun shield, the apparent enemy's shield to the diamonds, if hes being so protective over vault that has heavy diamond symbolism why dose he have the sun sheild.
It could be that during the war while he was fighting(were just going to assume gw elder was involved) he lost his sheild and just picked up a random one and kept it, and I mean it can make sence but given how complex wasteland is I feel liek theres more too it, But as far as I can tell it's the theory that I belive the most

OUGH i like to think the darkstone theory I have ties into it. Salem had an idea that it started as a workers strike because they saw how bad darkstone was destroying the realm, yet valley needs darkstone to run to me. So in my timeline it turns into negotiations, but neither side was satisfied, and as tensions rose and desperation takes over it spirals badly

The sun sheild to me shows wasteland elder taking the side of their people

Basically “we don’t want to destroy our realm vs we need the supplies you make to keep our city alive”

And wars sadly can get to that point seen the past if one side refuses to trade,which usually ends taking said material by force by the side that needs it. so it could definitely work

Again that part is on what sparked the war is speculating but I do strongly believe it’s wasteland vs valley from what I stated before and more

And also the size of valley is much much bigger than I think? every other realm? and you can also see that just valley in general is way more advance like the citadels say it all too, other than vault no other realm looks like that

I honestly think for game performance and design reasons, all the realms are massive, yet we can only explore a small part of it.

And yeah like valley to me if like the main capital of sky personally, and the most advanced. Also seeing they built valley on mountains of a city that size is another feat

also think Salem mentioned before but it could be why they cant just make their darkstone factories, because the terrain is already a pain. compared to wastelands mostly flat terrian just makes it s better spot

But I also think that valley hurt rainforest too, even thought they used the same power, you can obviously tell who took more of it.

And in forest the weather is much more unstable because of the rain, and I'm not sure how to link it but I do think it was somewhat valley fault
the rain killed all plants and destroys light, and in the cutscene the diamond literally falls apart in teths hand, meaning that teth had no control over the situation or didnt realize until too late, also we can tell that they're very irritable and erratic, and are very eager to fix their own realm. Thats Also why they snatched the fire out of the kids hand, the forest elder was desperately reaching out to try to fix their own realm and reverse the damages, while the wasteland elder already had the damage done and is just protecting it from further dismay and dosent bother trying to reverse it since the damage is permanent.

Yaya i can see that, to me with the demand for darkstone imo, valley indirectly hurt the forest more and more simply because of the need for more material. Like over harvesting and stuff

Funfact there are very clear signs of erosion in forest seen with the visible tree roots, and would explain the rockfalls seen in mindful miners song and explain how the cave collapses for tearful miner, could’ve been caused by the rain

And both of those things are tell tale signs of erosion happening

tearful miner is a great example of the forests erosion. But I also put on the table that some of the spirts in forest were rather neglectful of not their surroundings but the people, hide and seek pioneer was simply just never found. She was just a kid and we can tell that in sky, kids are very cherished and that fact that neither did she d ie young but di ed in a way that links to her being forgotten about really shows how the people in forest acted, and apologetic lumberjack my personal belief is that they indirectly caused a few trees to fall k ill ing a few spirts along the way, so you can also see that spirits didnt take into measure their surroundings and just did whatever, that's also why tearful miner di ed since they didnt relize the cave theyr were in was a cave susceptible to falling, if the crew did more research then tearful wouldn't have die d along with their(alleged) partner di e too.

And I thought maybe the reason why forest got so bad so quickly was becuase it was dark water rain but in the broken bridge if you go into the water when the rain cleared you're not hurt, so maybe it's the sheer force of the water pelting the place instead of it being acidic

and i can see that somewhat, im also the type to not notice my surroundings, maybe the rain could've shielded and also blocked noises and thus dampening the awareness of something changing before it was too late

oo that! basically the color lights from ark do certain things, purple light interestingly makes the shops appear seemingly out of thin air. And with how the higher you go in vault and more dreamlike it gets, plus with how respitory refuge is bigger than it appears and seems to be floating in the middle in nowhere, many think that's the work of purple light minulaping the surroundings. We also end up in an entirely different place after the vault elder cutscene as if we suddenly woke up

Theres also alot more to go in like the shared spaces and very very similar to the lanterns you light in vault and shared spaces are figment of the sky kid, and if eden were to collapse all of the sky kingdom every realm would be affected but vault was left untouched.

An interesting thing is that most Skykids, in murals, are shown with their wings. However, the Eden Elder is always shown without any wing. Maybe they were a wingless Skykid? If so, they didn’t have access to WL, which means WL came after it.

• I find it quite interesting that there are no living sky people, except the children, and the children's only goal is an endless cycle of death and rebirth. It could be that Sky takes place in a current/post apocalyptic setting, where the kingdom was pushed to a point of destruction, and in order to restore the kingdom, the sky kids were sent to give light to the elders for this task. It could also be to counterbalance the effects of Eden but I have nothing to back this up lol.

• It's interesting that Eden is the only realm without an Elder shown, except for in it's mural. This could be because of the Elder's premature demise, or because the Elder is the only Elder opposing the skykids mission.

More things regarding the map.

1. It's odd that Vault and Eden would be so closely connected (physically) considering how both seem to be in heavy opposition of the other. It could be that Eden used to be a realm of good instead of evil, possibly the ruling realm too (considering it's location and the fact that 1. The vault is next to it, which I know is weird to give as an answer but seems fitting to me as it seems as the realm and its contents hold important value and 2. Wasteland.)

I'll get into the Wasteland one. Currently I'm thinking of a few possibilities as to why Wasteland ended up like it is.

1. Eden attacked it. Sure, but why? Why attack the realm with the strongest defense? Why not directly attack Vault if that was their target? Wasteland is not between Vault and Eden, so even if the Elder were to get involved, the land should be fine.

1.1. HOWEVER, what if the realm's own state is a reflection on the Elder's own state? In the Wasteland Elder's cutscene, we see them stagger and fall, seemingly due to fatigue. If indeed, lets say, the Wasteland Elder rose up to defend the Vault, then the current state of Wasteland after the ensuing conflict would make more sense. This fits in with the, "Eden Elder's premature demise" theory but has a lot of holes.

2. Wasteland and the other realms came into conflict. Idk much about the lore except for my brief Eden observations so I can't give much on it. Either way, a realm like Valley would be in a much better position to attack Wasteland. They could have been joined by other realms too. This leaves a huge question mark of "why?" though.

3. (My current favourite) going back to the Eden was the former leading realm theory, considering the placement of Wasteland in comparison to Vault and Eden, Wasteland could have been the defender of the latter two realms (mainly Eden). Considering the structures we see scattered around wasteland (especially the pipes) I don't think it's a stretch to say that Wasteland and Eden used to be in alliance with each other, with Eden using it's own constructions to improve Wasteland's own defense system/just improve stuff in general and connect it to Eden. When Eden fell into ruin, the decay could have seeped into Wasteland via the connected pipes, corrupting it as well and causing it to fall into ruin (it could also explain the presence of krills if they were able to get there via pipe)

Dusk is the old name for Golden Wasteland (it was also once called Shores of Mana at one point)
While one can use it as a personal nickname, just like using Tsadi, it is good to know where the name came from.

In Tom Zhao's concept art, the scene with the elder showed darkness/dark creatures trying to break into the temple, to which the elder was defending against and letting the skykids through.
It was also implied in the older version of the game (Light Awaits) that the elder sacrificed themselves. As seen in early concept art showing the elder partially corrupted. And later on in development with the shrine that used to be outside the temple, broken after reliving the cutscene.

While the shrine now a days does not do that, the crack going across the shrine is still there.

This is a bit off topic, but it has somerelation to sky.

It is a journey theory.
The guardians (also called War Machines) from the game are iconic, fearsome and mysterious.
They are flying stone creatures with a serpent like body, but with 3 pairs of wings.

It is also arguable for the face to resemble that of an owl, more so given there was once an older version of these guardians that resemble birds. Those were called beta war machines and miraculously are in the game. They are hidden in the race level.

I wonder if these may be related to the Quetzalcoatl (flying snake god), which is a "god of life, light and wisdom, lord of the day and the winds." (according to the wiki on Aztec mythology)

What does this have to do with Sky?
Partially because these are flying stone creatures, where similar versions in the form of fish appeared in the concept art (and I am hoping to see them in the game some day). That it is a bird like creature, and the current versions of these guardians echo the role and mechanics of the Dark dragons (krill). And possibly link the mythos in Sky to yet another ancient civilisation.|

Why is this important?
1 - This may give artists and writers ideas to add to their own work.
2 - I like to think the devs enjoy seeing players come up with theories like these (bonus points if they are close to what they actually researched for the lore).
3 - Opens up conversation topics of us to look at cultures, mythos and ancient history in the channel.

And you know the cyclone in wasteland and the small one that seems to appear in said concert?

So like for me not only does the cyclone bring in clouds, it could also be the cause of the cloud barrier seen in wasteland, and could even act as a barrier. Like think about it, why couldn’t golden valley ancestors get on a boat to go around to say forest like with abyss? Could say because valley also had a navy guarding the waters yet I i feel like the barrier idea can also work.

Like a barrier to keep them in at the cost of magic, so less resources needed. And like the spirit gates exist too so like it is possible to make a barrier, albeit possibly a different one

But we can go to abyss now.

So like if cyan light is wind light, and it’s falling through the sky, and there’s a good amount of holes in the clouds in wasteland, what if the barrier is slowly falling? Like seen with bloom, color light has to be used constantly to keep an effect lasting, otherwise it just stops.

Feel like the cyclone is similar, no more magic and with the twins dead means nothing to keep it running, so it slowly falls apart.

Do I think the cyclone will ever be gone? No, but the decay is there

Note there are many boats that wrecked in wasteland. Either from being shot down (possibly also the reason why boats today fly low in the wastes), or as you suggested a magical force that causes boats to fall and not climb the mountain towards Eden.

I wonder if this may be another measure of the elder preventing ancestors or creatures from reaching Eden. Since they were the ones to have sealed the gates, it would make sense they would likely stop anything from reaching Eden through other means.

We may not know how exactly the Little Prince got up there.
Some theories that come to mind is the Little prince went through Vault a different way us skykids have not known. He went up there on foot (climbing the mountain in a very obscure path us skykids were not able to find).

Or a more likely scenario (as far as the book would help with this part of the story), the Little Prince made a deal with a krill to either be brought up there, or guided. Similar to in the book, the Little Prince made a deal with a snake to be bitten and 'sent home'.

How badly I wished, the game let us try to follow the Little Prince walk away, and we just get blown backwards and forced to fly back towards the Starlight desert as the wind picks up (signalling the storm was brewing still).

Trying to fly back was a bit mute since it keeps forcing the skykid down. It is one thing to get skykids to hoof it to the Little Prince's campsite. But it is another to now hoof it with the wind behind us because you ran out of light to fly with the wind.

Wasteland has 2 sides. shields in the shape of kites (technical name, we'll use Diamond here), and round shield (we will call them Light shields)

Both the mural in the all elders cutscene in Vault and the constellation of the realm show the elder with diamond shields, yet the elder in person (and with the shrine) has a Light shield.
So far, a few theories came to light.
It could be a detail the devs missed (unlikely, but it is a theory none the less). It suggests the elder changed sides (why and how is unknown for sure and thus left up to speculation). The elder made a sacrifice (again, speculation on how and why).

In concept art, the elder is shown to be selfless with saving the skykids from darkness, causing the shrine to break after the cutscene ended. While this has changed, the crack on the shrine is still there.

Perhaps knowing the elder is defending the temple, and the mural shows the elder charging the temple.
It may be more likely for the elder to have changed sides.
Why?
Perhaps the Aurora concept may help. We see the two sides fighting and both sides lay at the entrance to the temple with a light orb on the ground.

Bonus:
During the season's beta, there were exciting images showing the elders in the war.
while this is possibly a scrapped concept, or a tease of the devs knowing the elders had not gotten a major update in the lore. A lot of lore skykids took notice.

Technically speaking, there was once an elder that may fit the Dawn role better than the elder we now have. Dawn is elderly, while another character in Sky that got scrapped was called the Prince.
Not to be confused for the Little Prince (hence me calling them Sky Prince), they were called Alef and paired up with Resh (the Eden elder, the King).

Wonder if the lore once considered Alef the true elder of Dawn?
Probably not, since the Dawn elder is established in the realm, and another realm (Day) also has an elder that is an adult and yet the realm represents childhood.

Im no lore expert (frankly i don't know much), but i do have a few opinions abt this (also ik this convo is looong gone and it may have already been resolved, sorry)

1. I kinda figured that the war in wasteland was occuring between vault and valley, and that those two may have been fighting. Im the Aurora concert that theory got thrown out alot, and it made alot of sense to me, especially considering that the realms are very different, and would likely have different beliefs (one represents young adulthood and the other elders, it would kinda make sense). Most of that theory talked about mantas being captured, and that as the cause of the war, which would also make sense. Essentially it may have been more of an ideological war instead of one side trying to go somewhere.

2. I agree with your eye of eden point. I always figured that since eden, hence the name and the that resh likely rullled before corruption had kicked in fully, and was the cause of most of it, that Eden used to be good, kinda in the "golden days" so to speak at the very beginning of the dark stone era

3. Its also a point to consider that the state of an elder is representative of the realm, not the other way around, considering that they kinda act as the "soul of the realm" so to speak, but thats an interesting point. Although, for that to be the case, something would have had to aggravate wasteland elder, (like a war perhaps), but thats a topic for another time

(Unrelated... I always figured winged light were 1/2 of a sky kid, the body being the other. But it does raise some interesting questions and comes not quite into conflict, but definitely makes you think. I thought this was the case cause they would be sky kids that you collect and then return to their bodies at the end in eden, wrapping up the narrative nicely, but idk now)

Thing is why would Vault elder and the twins need to fight? Vault to me just to be a storage for well knowledge that doubles as a study when valley is a city.

Like vault isint really a place with houses or home, so ancestors that go there are either reffugees, teachers, or students. So there’s no resiedents to voice their conserns, only people from all over the realms

And other than that if the war is what I’m getting in this theory was started by vault and Valley then the leverage and motive there would be is like nothing. Repeating myself but Vault doesn’t have leverage or people to permanently rule and start like a sort of rebellion, but valley being a city and not a school does, like if scholars wanted change they’re not much they can do let alone even fight to a war scale as they’re again, not a city, just a sort of school.

However, I am more inclined to think the vault elder would prioritise the memories of the ancestors over the lives of ancestors not dedicated to the vault.
As in the priests are favoured and protected. While other ancestors such as medics, healers, soldiers would be pushed to the front lines.

Passage seems really interesting, and from what I can tell it’s similar to Prophecy thematically (they both center around rituals that seem coming of age adjacent) but I would be sad if we spent the entirety of the season’s duration putting it in another season’s shadow just because they’re in the same realm

We don’t know for sure yet but I interpreted the ‘ancient traditions’ line as they’ve been going on for a long time, not that the season takes place really early in the timeline, so that could be an alternate take

I think that similarity in themes is more incidental. Isle as the realm that is first visited and furthest away from Eden can simply have more focus on how ancestors lived, untouched by war and darkstone technology, so seasons set in this area are more likely to revolve around the people that lived there or traveled through there and whatever culture and traditions they brought with them, rather than the damages that darkstone production left behind, or the suffering that war brought upon the people of the affected areas.

A lot of realm-based seasons have similar themes too that echo the realm’s themes themselves; for example Both Vault seasons are about spirits struggling to move on from struggles in the past and both wasteland seasons are about people stranded in an unfamiliar place after shipwrecks. (Credit to Bea for this observation it’s really neat) It’s possible that Isle’s theme is coming of age rituals, it would definitely make sense

There is one sort of comparison with Prophecy I noticed from thinking over the teaser if you want it

Based on this section from the news post;

Take part in the Seasonal Quests, each one a rite that challenges initiates to build towards a goal without anyone being left behind. These quests begin after sundown, each in a different part of Sky.
All quests can be completed independently, but from the second quest onwards the rituals are held with larger groups of Sky kids, each person’s effort contributing to the greater goal (and earning a bit of extra Light along the way, besides).

It sounds like the Passage rituals were built for all ancestors to participate in them. Which is really interesting for Isle season dichotomy, because it means that while the Prophecy trials were a test of character only one person was meant to succeed at, every ancestor was (ideally) meant to succeed at the Passage rituals.

Another comparison is that it sounds like the Passage trials are meant to teach cooperation to some extent — it seems to be a heavily implied theme in the news post. Whether the part about them being playable solo was true for ancestor kids too or for our convenience, I don’t know, but the whole focus around everyone working towards a common goal is definitely there — and as of yet, it’s unknown what else these rituals would teach.

Which is very interesting, because like Prophecy’s trials, the Passage rituals are focused around character traits;
But the trials TEST them while the rituals TEACH them

🤍🌷 Hello guys, I just wanna talk about Eden before it was corrupted by darkness, also this is purely my imagination and not any official stuff. So as for appearance before it was corrupted. Honestly it would be way easier if I gave some drawings so u cold visualize everything better lol. So as for the color theme I can’t imagine one color, I have 2 in mind, first is the blue 💙we see when we complete Eden and are about to go to orbit, and the 2nd one is purple💜, not only it complements blue but it is only the color of royalty, and Eden was the capitol before it was corrupted and also in vault cutscene Eden elder is depicted wearing a crown so I assume purple is quite fitting. Those big gates that we gotta open at the beginning of Eden would be always open ( I see these gates as a symbol of unity between the realms ). Obviously green grass, also snow bc it is the highest point in the entire kingdom lol 😂 As for those pipes we see there, water would flow through them 🌊 . Honestly it kinda feels like I’m describing the alps lol ( I’ll put a pic below) I also imagine it having a lot of merchant caravans bc it’s the capitol. As for the giant red diamond I think this was pure light ( a little pice of it from the orbit) but then it got corrupted. The lore I’ll post later bc this is really long already hehhe

I think it makes sense for glass to not exist in a 3D mobile game with the sheer amount of weird visual effects and trickery Sky already has
Transparent/translucent stuff is known to break everything in 3D, as shown by things like the honks and cosmic mantas completely messing up the look of the 5th floor of vault when you look through them (I also remember those dramatic lights from the Remembrance memories provoking some visual weirdness when viewed from certain angles but I don't remember exactly what it was)

Another possible reason for glass not being a thing is that glass and children with flight powers is a terrible combination

To be fair, Eden is INCREDIBLY MASSIVE you wouldn't be able to see much of anything on it even if you were standing directly at the base of the mountain. Hard to tell how much of Vault is in the mountain or not since we never get a chance to see the outside of it, but there's definitely at least part of it that is which would make it even harder to notice

The Eden Diamond appears to be a much larger version of refined darkstone seen in various places, and was likely built to harness the beam of energy erupting from the mountain."

The Eden Diamond poem from the Season of Shattering also implies that there was some form of flaw or fault in it that went unseen until it's actual use, at which point it overloaded with energy. And Remembrance/Aurora tells us that there was some form of large-scale conflict or outright war in the Kingdom. What the conflict was about is unclear, but it's commonly believed that it was either a battle between people who were anti-darkstone and those who were pro-darkstone, or a worker strike from the people of Wasteland who were sick of the pollution and destruction the darkstone industry was causing to their home that escalated into a full on conflict.

The King, and the elders, were responsible for protecting Sky. The King may be on top, but the elders were also involved.

Dawn's cave murals at the start of the game may help with showing evidence of your findings. As the disaster is shown in picture form, as well as stated to be where 'the stars have fallen' and 'Darkness has spread'.
Some concept art also implies that the explosion is what caused the Dark Dragons (Krill) to become corrupted (see a screenshot of Jenova Chen confirming the corruption part, in posted in the lore chat).

If you would a bit of info on the core of Sky (and its lore), the following may be of use. It is goes a bit beyond what you see on the surface in the game.

The game focuses on connection. The connection ancestors have witht he past. The light creatures with the Light (life or Megabird). Even the friendships skykids made with the characters in Sky and with each other.

The game as we know it today is established to have no singlular protagonist or antogonist (hero or villain). Like the Hero's Journey.
The game instead uses the Collective Journey as a story telling device. Where it is the story of many characters over time that is the focus. How they changed for better or the worse.

Honestly I love how dark Sky as a game is. Or is implied to be at least. It looks so cute and sweet and very pretty and then BAM, dead ancient civilization, you need to free the souls of the previous inhabitants who are a different species, all of you are children who have to fight back against the ever encoaching darkness and then you get Eden which is a literal hellscape where you die.

We are esencially healping in the healing of the world

-In reviving the spirits, we are also learning from them the craft, art and culture of the old world (all the music sheets, itams, cloaths, expresions...) and makeing shure they dont fade forever
-In traveling the world and durning the dark plants, we are releasing a small part of the light that had been swollowed by the darkness back in the great curcle of light

• As we constantly revive spirits and rebuild structures, and rescue the creatures of light, we are verry verry slowly rebuilding the ecosistems

This story still exists. The King and darkstone pollution are undoubtedly connected.

Pride (Ancestors believing they have superiority over light creatures by harvesting them), Corruption (of Ancestor society by darkstones), Arrogance, (The King building a massive diamond to harvest the light from Eden), Destruction (Always there), and Repentance (A new generation of Skykids fixing the world the Ancestors left behind).

I had the idea that the shard eruptions were occurring at the end of the ancestors era and the Storm caused more darkness and cloud over to spread throughout the world. Only once the Eden diamond ceased exploding (at least, seemed so at the time) and the Storm powered down some did skykids come because they were likely to survive those restively more minor conditions

Its likely nobudy knew when or if the mega crystal would go voletile again, but the first skykids probably would not have survived if they arived right after the start of the dark age

It’s okay, it’s not a big deal. Though here’s some tips:

1. you don’t have to rely to every message with the reply function, especially if the channel is slow. The reply function is more useful when the channel is busy — moving fast with a lot of blokes speaking in it.
2. when you do reply to a message, you can turn off the ping (gif shows how to do that) — ping being a notification to the user youre replying to. The ping is automatically enabled when replying so remember to turn that off whenever someone mentions not wanting to be pinged.
3. if you ping someone and delete the message, they’ll still see the ping
