So.. Eden run last night with a friend and it was.... Eventful to say the least

So we went to the wind and rock area, my friend was leading and tried to do the flying shortcut but failed. When we actually successfully made to the lamp, we were surprised to see someone waiting for us??? We lit them up and saw that they're a moth! 6 wedges, probably their 1st run. Okay so note that I was wearing a maskless moth fit, and my friend was wearing a maskless, bald and white cape (burnt skykid costume lmao) we looked like a weird duo. Okay so when we lit them up, they used the ushering emote like they were leading us??? Oh little moth if only you knew, so we went on our merry way. When we went to the krill area, we decided to do the OOB route to save some time, we were kinda rushing because it was reeaaallly late in our timezone. We did the cutscenes with the moth then went "sIKE" went back to the room, jumped through the wall and nYOOM to the OOB.

When we reached the Eden hall, I asked my friend "should we wait for the moth?" And we did wait for them in the entrance of the hall. 5 minutes later.. 10.. and the poor moth was still stuck, WL getting yeeted by the rocks in the last area rip. So we jumped down to help, I friended them so we can lead them, offered my hand and oFFERED THEIR'S BACK so uh nowp haha. They successfully followed us to the hall though.

The Stormlock.. oh boy. Some time in the middle, my friend disappeared so I kept honking, somehow she went under the map and ended up at the start so I warped to her. The moth followed us I think she thinks we're fellow moths uhhhhhhhhhhh anyway, we got seperated during ascension. We changed bacc to fancy cosmetics and ye

You can stick close to your friend so you can help each other stay recharged, but you both need to give your own individual winged lights to as many statues as you can to get ascended candles

since you lost all of your light, the winged light have been returned to their old locations

so you can go back and collect those again

then you can go back to eden to transform the light you collected into the ascented candles

with those candles, you can buy wing buffs, which are those locks on spirit trees. If you spend them on wing buffs, the next time you are reborn, instead of starting with 1 light wl, you will start with 1 wl+ the amount of wing buffs you bought

pretty sure you can get around 80 winged light without going through eden

and ig the main thing is just to light as many statues as you can, the more statues you light up = more eden candles which means you can buy more wing buffs

@spring forge the job is to give winged light to as many statues as possible, and that nets you special currency so make it your top priority to do that.
the rock rain comes in waves for the most part, so watch your timing to avoid getting caught, and only head out into where the rain's constant once you're confident you've saved a lot of statues in the first segment.

i went through eden the first time yesterday with help (from @~🥞Thyamah🥞~), and it was very unexpected amazing interesting scary. I feel like it the last part past the pnr was both extremely terrifying and very heartwarming in a way. and the part after you lose all the winged lights is so pretty and beautiful. i was really scared to do eden before, but now i kinda wanna do it again. i also spent 500 hours doing wl runs and now i have 7 wedges! im still too chicken to go into gw alone tho and idk where the wings there are and im probably going to get lost and then end up getting krilled because im bad

So what is there a difference between spending ascended candles for wingbuffs in orbit vs home constellation?

If you spend them in Orbit, you will get them added to your cape right away when you're reborn. If you spend them in home, they won't be added to your cape until the next time you complete Eden

So yea i did a run and only received 5 total red candles. I did a triple take, even hit the two around the largest pillar on the left, and all in the center with about 50 to spare before I hit the hard rain, and I danced all the way until I hit a barrier I couldn't pass, its invisible

It takes practice i only had 2 left i even left a boat there and i deem it my most favorite one its obvious cause i left a huge paragraph lol

Eden can be a bit scary, but once you learn a decent route and the timing it's not so bad. Once you are in the part with the statues, you will lose winged light of course, but you can light up the flame statues (not the skykid statues) to help recharge yourself and also time it right to run between statues while the rock rain is stopped. That will prevent you from losing too many winged lights right away except for when you give them to the statues. Once you get to the part with the continuous rock rain though, you pretty much just need to run as fast as you can between statues and save as many as possible before running out of winged lights

Yes but it’s not recommended because once the krill hits you, you lose all of your light and are exposed to the rocks. Not to mention that you’re knocked back a bunch too.

The first time I went to Eden, I did it with a complete stranger, we ended up making friends and taking turns leading each other when one of us couldn’t make it through an area. We saw the statues in the last part of Eden, but we only saved a few of them before we got separated. Idk where she went in the end, but I just tried to keep going to the crystal. Ended up only getting one ascended candle, and I haven’t seen that person again. Honestly, I’m a little afraid to go back, but I know I have to eventually.

Yes. Once you saved them you won't see them again in the whole week. After reset those statue will appear again. Once you save them they will fly. If I understood everything correctly.

how many ascended candles can i get if i go to eden?

depends really. theoretically, you can get the max for the week, which is 15.75 acs since there are only 63 statues, each giving 0.25 acs. but you can lose winged lights before the point of no return, and once youre in stormlock you can lose them to the rock rains. lets say you made it to stormlock without losing any winged lights. if you manage to light every statue in the zone where the rockrains arent constantly falling, you can get up to 33 statues, which would equate to 8.25 acs. by then youll ideally have 37 winged lights left for the continuous rockrain zone. then it really comes down to how many you can light before dying due to the rocks taking your wingedlights on top of you sacrificing them to the statues. all in all id make a guess of around 10-12.

Once you get like more than 120 wl then your almost guaranteed a full 15.75 if you follow the map and bring some friends as batteries

• So, watch the flying patterns of the krills closely so you know when it's safe to run
• start running as soon as the last rock has passed or you won't have enough time to run to the next hiding place
• near the top right before the last krill there are a few short pillars, hiding behind these is completely safe
• Light up every torch or lantern you see, it could save you a bunch of wings
• Don't panic, if something goes wrong find a hiding place or a place to recharge and take your time to keep going
• stay close to other players (if there are any), they could help you out with your light if you get hit

For the storm;
• don't jump, just run
• around 100 wings are enough to save all the statues
• zoom out, you can zoom out a lot in eden so you can see what's happening around you. This can help you avoid the rock rain since you can see when it stops around the area you want to go to
• again, don't panic, it'll be fine ✨

If you want to, I can come with you up to point of no return, I'm down for eden anytime ^-^

In theory? I think that's technically possible, but you'd have to play pretty well. If you manage to do everything without getting hit, you could get 10 candles with 40 wl (and you get all those wl in eden before the stormlock). But i tend to get hit a lot and i bet it'd be very hard

If you make it to the point of no return without taking any hits and add 10 wl to your total, 10 candles seems doable (but if this is your first go, I'd guess you're unlikely to get all 10)
