Also, in the last bit of Eden, when you gave your winged light to the kids , in the orbit area after the cutscene where they waved to you, you should have earned 1/4th of an ascended candle for each kid saved! You can use ascended candles to buy wingbuffs from spirits (the things that look like locks with wings), to increase the amount of stars you're reborn with next time! This will allow you to reach even higher flight levels

@simple glacier Hey so I tried a couple times and barely barely barely didn't make it since wind picks up way harder now, but it will take 7-8 wedges to do Eden intro skip. I'm gonna practice some more, but I'm very sure it's still possible.

It will save 2 minutes off a speedrun

If you have a 10 cape, you can afford to blow that much stamina and not stand around a candle, so unless you bring a friend to recharge you, it's not a huge time saver

Max amount you can get is 15 period at all total per week because there are 3 extras so you can never get a 16th candle, but they are there in case you get an odd number and have to do a second run, you might break even and get 4

You are not guaranteed 15 per week

The more times you have to do it, the more candles get wasted when you don't have exactly 4

If you get them all in one go, you can miss 3 and get the 15 maximum that week

You'll wanna not get hit at all before going into the infinite meteor shower, and you'll wanna make sure you collected an even number before dying, so you can come back the second time with around 80 light and rush through the infinite with lots of stamina to take damage, and save them all out there. Having less is a waste. Trying to save them all in the infinite after spending 40 already saving others before the infinite means you probably won't have enough energy left to take all that damage and save 20 more

Keep track of how many you saved, and play it smart, if you want to always get the maximum 15 that week

If you already have wing buffs and you're born as a 5 cape, you can just keep going back and saving 10-20 the next time or whatever but the whole flying part sucks and takes forever so it's not optimal to run it more than twice
