A lot of people do their wing runs by just doing one realm each day - often the realm where the daily quests are or where the treasure candles are (normally they are only in one realm- it’s only temporary that treasure candles are in all realms). There are over 115 wings available in the realms for collection, so by only doing one section each day you’re able to get a good number without it taking up a ton of time going places you wouldn’t normally, and you’re ready for Eden most weeks.

If you got 6 ascended candles, then you still have enough statues to get more, but you have to be REALLY careful because you don't have enough wedges to survive a straight-up headshot from a shard ... and it'll happen more you go towards the Diamond.

Also, you probably won't be able to save the statues past the Sand Dune or rather most of them in the area with the endless shard rain.

I went in there (endless shard rain area) with around 114-110 WL + Elder Mask and barely managed to crawl out of it with 17 wl.

As long as you manage to get most statues, yes. Only ones within the endless shard rain area will be either really difficult or impossible.

It's pretty much headgear you can get from Elders of realms (whom you can summon when you 100% their constellation) and it grants you a special shield that can block a Krill hit.

Isle Elder, as their constellation is the cheapest one of the bunch even if the mask itself isn't. The overall cheapest one is Prairie Elder's, but their constellation is pretty dang complex.

you can only save the statues once a week, but if you missed some you can go in the same week
there's 63 statues in there, thus you can get 15.75ac max per week

tho you need to collect wl again to enter, so depends if you have the energy for it. i'd usually suggest you only go in once a week

I had to pause my time crunch to complete the Aviary Village quest because I just had the most heartwarming sweet experience with an eden moth that Ive probably ever had in this game

I was going through the first rock section (nothing new) when a moth lit my candle and friended me to latch onto me (nothing new) but what really broke me was after they finished ascending first, I eventually caught up to them in the stars and flew behind them and held their hand Aurgh it was so cute it almost felt scripted

once you gotten all basegame wing buffs and a good amount of ac, you can slow down the eden grind

hello hello! for the first part of eden its best to look up some easy tutorials on youtube and get to know krill blind spots, hiding places, pathways and shortcuts! i watched one tutorial i think and it was the best guide i’ve ever seen, never had an issue with eden afterwards. i can dm you the link if you want, if i can remember the creator lmao

in the second part of eden you HAVE to die to be reborn, after which you can continue the regular game and gather more winged lights and spirits :))

This is a change from previous behaviour which was described in the Patch Notes for the most recent update. From what you wrote they didn't test that combination, and it should be easy to fix.

Theres always benefit to running eden with the ascended candles reward and claiming any wing buffs youve unlocked with them from traveling spirits

Since it´s got a longer circle-patrol when facing right than when it faces left ... and always use stand-up rocks/shields to protect yourself from the rocks.

While at the start of the last rock-slide part, mind the banners; they signify safe spots where you also usually find little braziers as well.

Really depends on luck how much rocks u gonna catch, but it's still possible. Try not to jump, cause if u gonna get hit - it's gonna be guaranteed knock down (u can try to use honk button in process of falling to prevent animation, but I can't assure it works); take somebody with you next time, it's gonna help on first stages to lose less wls (may be you didn't lose them on this try at video, but how should I know)

I really doubt that eden gonna be changed anytime soon.

Oh, ok, since chibi mask does actually shrink your hitbox. Other advice like walking-only in constant shard rain was given to Hector ... except for the honk-trick, which actually does cancel the stun/fall animation, only that it needs to be a mid-to-deep honk. And there´s also a particular way you need to walk in order to avoid yourself getting hit too often as well, which is basically a whole lotta trigonometry and knowing at what angle do shards fall.

Which is that as long as you walk parallel to the direction the shards are falling you´ll get hit less, thus the "zig-zag walking" advice is being pretty popular.

Well, it definitely could be, it´s Eden and Trials that are the essence of actual hard work (my wl count is around 172-174 and last time I was in Storm Lock, I was left with 30ish-something wl after the very last statue. Enough to actually walk my bottom back to the last torch).

Just to clarify, I didn’t glitch out of Eden while I was actually there. I tried the chibi fall but it didn’t work bc my sky kid’s the starting original height. You have to glitch back at the warp gate. The method worked for my friend too (on mobile). That´s how people get so many wl after some time like 160-221.

Around 114-something is wl you find in the realms (Children of Light), the rest are starting wl (1) and the wing buffs (permanent wl).

for each statue you save, you'll be rewarded with ascended candles, the red candle

Since Sky Kids are sort of like birds except human-like, and they die for others to be reborn and can in a way heal others, can they be thought of as Pheonixes of light?

The way to "beat" Eden is inevitable death. However, the true reward is the sacrifice you give to the spirits, and in exchange, will be rewarded greatly in the post game!

Think of it as an endurance challenge. Like "grab as many of [x item] as you can before dying!" So coordinate with other players and return light to as many spirits as possible and reap the rewads. Good luck!

Just keep in mind, Eden has a few segments involving Krill and storms and such. You must reach Point of No Return so that you may complete the endgame.

There are usually 2-3 red shards every week that can be completed, but they fall on certain days and are only available for a few hours throughout that day. It's a bit different for every device, I only know mobile. Basically, you need to find a slope or a hilly area. Take your sky kid and drag the legs (like they're doing the splits) and hold the leg so it dips into the slope. Take your joystick and move it forward, and your sky kid should fall into the ground! I'm not the very best at explaining or chibi falling myself, so I'd recommend a YouTube guide if this doesn't work well))

Definitely 100+. I´d suggest around 120-130, but well, that amount can only be reached through wing buffs, thus don´t feel bad if you can´t get them all at your first attempts. I personally go with 170 wl at least in order to nab them all because those shards are not to laugh at at all.

thus I suggest you to always have between 2 and 5 ascended candles in reserve; they will be for unlocking travelling spirit wing buffs.

**Warning: **doing Eden for the first time is a traumatic experience you may never forget. Do all the other realms first. (You have to.) Do other mundane things on Sky until you're in a good confident mood. Set aside at least an hour for Eden and have a drink at hand. Also, once you've done it you're not going to want to do anything else for another hour except, perhaps, sleep.

Something to keep in mind is that you can always go again before the next reset to try and save the statues you missed, so if you go in without investing a lot of time getting WL next time you can probably do fairly well in the first two thirds and get a decent sense of how many WL you personally need to have enough for the constant rain at the end, without commiting to collecting as many as you can. Then if you think it's worth getting more ascended candles this week you can go out of your way to get a bunch of WL and go in again for the rest of the statues.

I wouldn't go in with less than 100-120 and expect to get close to 63, but that mark gets easier to hit over time as you get wing buffs, and there are definitely diminishing returns for the last ~20 statues and especially the last 3-4.

no rush, you can do that when you want. keep in mind that eden statues reset weekly, so you would not be able to give wl to the ones you just did

hummm i think i gave to all the statue on the "first zone" where there are a lot of them and rock statue with light,

and in the large zone i gave like 3 before dying because i couldn't walk anymore

if you wait for the reset, you will both be able to collect more wl, and have an easier time collecting the easy statues first

Although not necessarily the standard, my mental calculation due to the statues at the end is for every 2 to 3WL you'll be able to grab 1 statue, so if we divide your 111 by 2,5 you'd end up with a neat 11-ish AC from going with that (more than good) if you take care

If I give winged light to all statues except 2 and I want to go back for the last 2, do I have to get the exact statues on the very end or do the first two I come across count?

Every statue you interact with is a unique entity and gets remembered as "done" until the weekly reset. You'll need to find the exact 2 statues (not worth it)

there's 63 statues in there. most likely won't get you far unless you don't mind the small amount of AC you're gonna get

if you're still fairly new and it's not your first eden run, aim 80-100 if possible. then buy wing buffs so you'll be reborn with more WL

Once you have a lot of unlocked wings bought, you can reincarnate and just go back for whatever you missed last time. I revive with 6 wings and just go right back into Eden to get the last ones, since getting all of them in one run is a hassle
