I play on switch too and to my knowledge all the screens you take in game are stored in the switch gallery, there may be a way to retrieve those screens by using the QR code, scanning it with your phone can allow you to share the pictures
However I am unsure about if there's an other like pluging the switch to a pc to be able to access its folders, I would be surprised

You can see any messages sent to your friend. Which means any of your friend's friends can see messages you sent even if they are not mutuals.
There does seem to be a bug where looking at someone with more messages will cause those extra messages to still load when looking at someone with less messages after)

Have you finished all your WL collecting to the main sky spirits in the game? Plus any extra traveling spirits? Usually when any of that happens a eden run will help reset and will give you the ones you've collected over time to keep gaining them.

To complete Manta's and Tristan's answers, it only take one run to Eden (with going to the non return point and reviving) for the wings buffs that you recently bought to Traveling Spirit to get added to you winged light count.
Wings buffs are gotten when you buy a node that costs Eden/Ascended Candles in a spirit's tree, they'll only be added to your winged light count after completing Eden

I'm not sure, though I think they can look into your chat history itself. I don't know the details, but heard that repeat mutes get longer, so you'd probably at least clear up that part. They'd probably also be able to explain what you got muted for.

Regarding red messages, I once got one for saying "Hello!" so those certainly can have a bunch of false positives. I'd check my message, have a look for possible issues (any bad words formed by the start and end of different words? Anything that could be misunderstood? Did you say the same thing a lot of times recently?), and else chalk it up to false positives unless they begin to stack.

Not a bug! There are some spirits who don’t show up in Orbit, like the performance spirits and the shattering “spirits”! If you got the buff from a spirit who doesn’t show up in orbit, you’re given this light once you’re back home, resulting in the sudden jump in wl!

The half a jar limit isn’t exact, it’s an estimate based on player observation, and it may not be the same limit for all colors. I personally wouldn’t be surprised if black dye had a smaller limit than the other colors, like how you can only collect one jar of black dye per day vs the 3 or 4 jars for other colors. It should refresh tomorrow, but if not feel free to come back with your findings!

It used to be an item that is possible to be unlocked, however, it was licked locked** under a specific quest progress. It was then patched to being a Nest-only item and no one should be able to unlock the dresser via legitimate means.

it was visible as being unlockable but was time gated, and was switched out before being available
so anytime its on someones back or somewhere that isnt the nest or nest workshop its 100% hacked and should be reported

Oh! For the player who's being carried, they need to tap the heart gift icon in the menu only once and close the menu ^^
