iirc tgc doesn't handle refunds themselves, you would have to contact support for whatever platform you made the purchase on. for example, if you bought the IAP on an iphone using apple pay, you'd have to contact apple. it's also fully up to the platform's refund policy

To then get on top of the wall, it‘s easer if you‘re at 60 fps. Slowly walk against the wall, a bit to the left or the right, until you’re high enough to jump onto it

I suppose you found seasonal spirits, they are spirits from the previous seasons of sky and thus don’t show up on constellations
You will be able to get their stuff and ascend them when they come back as a traveling spirit

The only way to resolve it is to have enough free space in your phone storage
You need to have multiple times more free space than the app size. This is a Google policy.
Tips: try to check with an app what takes up the most space on your device. Deleting some videos can free up significant space as well!

If I remember correctly, you'd look like a complete stranger to them, but if you lit each other after randomly meeting, the process to unlock friendship again differs slightly. There's a different text that asks whether you want to restart your friendship, and it restores your friendship to what it used to be.

Oh you're not alone, the walls in the nest is curved. One trick is to place something else underneath the poster for it to pop out and place the poster there. Then delete the first flat prop behind it to save up your nest space

Random qu--is the number of AC we get in Eden random, or should it be based on how many statues we get? Last time, I got a full 2 AC less than I should have gotten. I even went back another visit that week to verify. I reported it, and according to TGC, I got 15 AC even though I tracked 13.25 with screenshots and everything. Is this just the norm to go to Eden and expect to not get the right number of AC?
Meanwhile, my friend often says she gets 16 AC.

often people will get 16 ac since they have part of a candle before they go

keep in mind thats been a recurring bug for quite a while so its not a guaranteed "they blocked me" indicator
if theyre still coming online, giving you light, or you see their clothes changing then most likely they didnt unfriend you and its just your constellations being a bit buggy
if they blocked you they wouldnt change clothes but you can still light them, as well as them never appearing online

Yes, if you buy wing buffs from base spirits at the constellation in orbit (eden), when you get reborn the wing buffs you just bought will be added to your count. They won't show up in the line up during that eden run if you only just bought the wing buff at the constellation stone that run.

They show up in my closet as buyables, but when I go to where I can buy them in the event shop, they don't show up. you can collect seasonal candles by doing daily quests and collection seaosnal candle wax. you can get sesasonal hearts by buying out a seasonal spirit tree and having a season pass.

you can use seasonal candles to buy seasonal items during the season so you don't have to wait for the spirit to come back as a travelling spirit. you can use seasonal hearts to buy season ultimates, which never come back.

The office is also accessible for people without cape at special events during the year. Also the wax in office is just about 20 wax or so, not really much. The point of an iap is to see something special or have a special outfit. If you want more wax, you need to buy candle packs
