the normal flute stays in-tone more often, and it plays a note almost half a second longer than the pan-flute
the normal flute is also a little bit louder than the panflute

or to put it a bit more simple

normal flute is good for playing single notes, and the panflute is better to be played as bass/chords

i went through my folders and the ones that only used 2 instruments (piano and guitar)/the simplest ones are:
sakura sakura japanize dream (version 1), ghostly band phantom ensemble, grimoire of alice, alice in wonderland, rabbit has landed, september pumpkin, faraway voyage of 38,000 km, bad apple (the original), love-colored master spark (version 1), and bell of avici

there's also desire drive (version 1), sleeping terror (version 1), and reach for the moon immortal smoke (version 1), but they have a key change in them so only one part is playable in-game at a time

Then it speeds up when they get dirtied up until the collapse where they lose control and attack like a feral beast on whoever made them in such a state. In the end, they burn out and fall unconscious, going back to the calm music. The name of this character in question is hinted by the name.

In fact, there’s a reason I didn’t loop this like some of my other original songs, because this tells a story. A tragic one.

Here is where I realize… never take my word for granted. Honestly, the best map music may very well be Starlight Carnival, but even then, I love the beginning of Planet Wisp's area, hate everything else about it. In fact, I included the beginning in the end when it doesn’t appear there because the ending just sucks so much and the beginning as the end fits a lot more.

Hmmm by the looks of it, it's not possible because it was not optimized for the fingers of human hands which only have 10 fingers total. To match the speed, the fingers would fatigue and some key positions aren't convenient enough to keep up with. But, reaching 600 bpm is possible--there are songs in the classical music world that sound super fast due to numerous eighth notes (or a chain of them).

composing your own music in a custom Sky sheet is (almost) no different than making your own music sheet in real life

the catch is, you only can choose one instrument (unless you're using Sky Music Nightly), and you can only use one pitch
