hmm sky scores is definitely helpful, but i would suggest sky music (https://sky-music.herokuapp.com/) or sky music nightly (https://specy.github.io/skyMusic/#/), it has a majority of the instruments and what they sound like in-game you can also upload any sheet there (or use ones from the sky music library (https://sky-music.herokuapp.com/songLibrary.html )) and practice, which is better than sky scores imo since you can only practice whatever songs are in that app vs. uploading your own/other sheets into there

sky studio is good as well, but i wouldn't recommend it for practicing since the audio isn't as great or accurate to in-game

It is a very relaxing instrument, though they can get to be pretty pricey. It's been very much a self taught kinda deal for me as well, since there aren't really any teachers in my area. All the same, it has been one of the easiest instruments for me to pick up.

Honestly, coming from a real life music position as well, I struggled (and still do a lot) with music in sky. It's a different instrument, just as piano is from harp. Even with similarities, they are still two different instruments

I guess what I'm saying in a convoluted way, is you'll get there - it's just slow walking sometimes. And the in-game lag doesn't really help either... But anyhow ^^;

I think the best thing to do is just play with people who are playing music sheets. Usually if you are in a lobby area, I've found that music sheet players will welcome others joining in. Even if they're not your usual group, that's a great way to make friends who are looking for people to play with. It's also a great way to get to play sheets that you might not have yet

I can't count how many friends I've made this way who enjoy playing music with others. It's also helped to improve my overall skill

i would say the transcription is by whoever put the sheet on musescore, and also add your own name somewhere as well wori's format works perfectly well, but if it gets too long you could shorten it to "arr. by (musescore person), sky transc. by soap"

By going somewhere else. Each location has a different key, and although officially it says certain places have certain keys, I find that to be untrue. One time I was logged on to two devices and both were at home and one played piano and it was different key on both devices 🤨🧐🤔❔
